  1. The only person who knows for sure is Quinn himself, maybe his family. Along with everyone else (including so called "experts") we have to see how it plays out. One of your expert sources states that even though he's draftable (doesn't take an expert to state that) he's still a work in progress and if he continues to sit out his draft stock will drop. JFC, the Ewers circle are the ones leaking the fact that he is headed to the NFL. How can you not comprehend that?
  2. And I've said that's probably the safe bet, but at the same time the factors I mentioned can't be ignored. I can and will ignore them because people who know have said otherwise. Go ahead and vomit your opinion all over the place if you like, it is based on what? Nothing? Gut? Women's intuition?
  3. Don't take my word for it, ask/look around.
  4. Huh? I'd like to add we don't really know when Quinn will be ready to play again. If he surprises us by starting Saturday and finishes the season strong, that greatly increases the chance he declares after our last game. If he sits out TCU and the clones (or longer) then it swings the other way imo. I'm just telling you, returning to play again this year or not, it has been said by multiple people that know way more about the situation than you or me that he is NFL bound.......period.
  5. This isn't pre-NIL, this was last week.
  6. That was the point I made in either this thread or another. Of course Quinn will be drafted if he declares this year, but the fact he has yet to play a full season at any level combined with the quality of QB's coming out this year may be enough to get him to consider coming back for one last run. Pre-NIL the chance he declares this year is probably somewhere in the high 90's if not 100%. With NIL plus the chance to be top dog next season I'd have to think it drops into the mid 80% range. He doesn't have a history of patience, I'll give everyone that. On the other hand he's grown up a bit and may decide it's a better business decision to come back next season. All I'm saying is there's a chance. Come back next season as possibly the top returning QB...play every single game...go to the ceremony in NY (winning isn't necessary)...push button...collect nachos. Interesting take considering some have stated there is 0% chance he returns.
  7. Or he could stay, ball out in the SEC in a great wide receiver friendly offense as a starter and get a shot at the NFL. A cost benefit analysis is pretty simple here. Once healthy it is pretty easy to see a path for playing time. We really only played 3 WRs on a high play count this year. All three of those guys should be leaving.
  8. Thanks for pointing out the only thing that had nothing to do with you specifically, just a statement in general.
  9. How many QBs have six packs in the NFL? He doesn't need 20 pounds of "good weight" to be a high draft pick. He will mature physically as he continues to age, and exercise. He is athletic, evasive enough, tall enough and has some tools most QBs in the NFL wish they had. It is almost like people are trying to talk themselves into why QE might come back.
  10. I said I LOL'd at it but I also LOL'd at Anthony Richardson going #4 overall. Another irony between the two. AR is out for?..........You guessed it, sprained AC joint.
  11. You can protect Quinn and play him at the same time FYI.
  12. He isn't, I would say 0% chance he stays.
  13. He can't transfer and play next year if he didn't graduate. that is my understanding anyway.
  14. Just read a mock draft having him go #2 overall to Denver. Posted 6 hours ago.....Who the fuck knows. I LOL at it but whatever.
  15. 1st or 2nd I would lean toward second right now. If he comes back, Texas gets healthy and he goes on a tear, he could easily be a 1st rounder. Richardson(Florida) was fucking terrible last year and went early first.
  16. Ewers is NFL bound, Murphy is transferring or riding the pine next year...To quote Gerry Hamilton, "They aren't selling MM Jerseys, they are selling QE and Arch Manning Jerseys". IMHO, Murphy is gone, we should thank him and let him leave, his future isn't here without a serious injury or Sark quitting or getting fired. He ain't getting fired anytime soon.
  17. Better questions is when was the last time QE was 180 pounds? Sophomore year in HS? He will be 205-210 come draft time if not more. Stop pushing a stupid narrative that is and will be completely irrelevant.
  18. Kinda like saying, hey my penis may be short, but at least it is skinny.
  19. Not only is he careless throwing the ball, he has terrible accuracy. Bad combo.
