  1. And yet, this 78 year old man seemingly has never had an issue staying up past midnight, stressing over this or that. He's the Antichrist, and nothing to date has ever harmed him.
  2. In fairness, Trump probably has had an tailor or two in his life. Trouble is, he probably stiffed them, paid half or whatever and no one wants to work with him at this point.
  3. There's plenty of websites showing you the path, duration and whatnot, but this from Univision is pretty nifty. https://www.univision.com/especiales/noticias/infografias/2024/eclipse-solar-2024-en/?fbclid=IwAR2uO9PIPfxjCOIT070tCwVozpRMfJ9sgAz0JjC0DFTLOGtHPZdIcbeuEsQ_aem_AaCPWzOztYcys2NceEirRSbdh7ZekleIQlhVMIn-pNGHme-EC-jT5j393FUlf37AHQT93VX_BzpO_a6U7uTmsCc_
  4. As for camera settings, just take a photo. The beauty of it is the film is free, and you can adjust accordingly. Pano mode would be worthless, since the shutter would be open too long. Portrait mode (simply put) is for taking a photo of a subject and having a blurry background. Just protect the sensor, point and shoot. As for the selfie stick or tripod, that's really the best solution if you want a group photo. You should be able to get a cheap stick at Walgreens or CVS that is bluetooth operated. FYI, one of the great things about this is the length of duration. You can take plenty of shots for that hour or so before totality to practice with.
  5. Too late to get things for your phone from Amazon or wherever, but at the very least, you need a filter for your phone similar to eclipse glasses. The sun's rays can and will destroy a camera sensor if not properly protected. If you have another set of eclipse glasses, you could take out the lens and tape it over the camera in a pinch.
  6. Here's the happy couple in 2012: Oh, and from her competitive days:
  7. Ruffin (the owner of Circus Circus) is, among other things, Trump's friend of sorts. Trump served as his best man at his wedding in 2008 (he was 72 at the time, and married a former Miss Ukraine who was 26 at the time). He also bailed out Trump from his failed Trump University suit. Trump owed $25 million, and Ruffin paid the tab. The two have an intertwined past. Ruffin is a piece of shit. But he's far more successful in business than Trump ever dreamed of, and isn't leveraged to the hilt.
  8. TIL that the Concorde was used in 1973 to "chase" a total eclipse across Africa for 73 minutes for science:
  9. Um, hi. So, you gonna keep logs of what everyone's favorite fetish website to visit using the VPN is?
