  1. I recalled my brother from St Petersburg when my father died. He brought back a suitcase of vodka. We polished off his supply at the wake, and we drank the vodka as he said Russians do. Vodka shot followed by pickle slice. I love pickles. I can damage a bottle of good vodka. Fickle pickle approximation recipe:
  2. Rum gives me indigestion, (and Canadian whiskey makes me mean.) Bourbon for the taste. But, vodka and pickles slam.
  3. My parents volunteered for the RNC. I scored a job paying more than I was worth in downtown Dallas, as it prepared for the ‘88 convention. But, Iran contra news had broke, and my eyes had opened.
  4. This guy seems knowledgeable about the state of the Russian disaster. Putin: “We started the war to increase the safety of Russian citizens.” Now there are air raid sirens going off in interior Russian cities. Aryanastan doesn’t care about Russians. Just the oligarchs.
  5. Nvm. I did not read your post as narrowly as I now believe you intended.
  6. These people are serious about stealing from the taxpayer. Get rid of IRS employees and steal $31,000 for each hour just one employee isn’t working. https://www.propublica.org/article/how-doge-irs-cuts-will-cost-more-than-savings-trump-musk-deficit?utm_campaign=propublica-sprout&utm_content=1741363228&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter
  7. Must have taken your advice. Texas was included in the post that I saw. Buffalo Creek City
  8. Sigh. Well, as it pertains to an effective 14th Amendment:
  9. Are you saying that, in my fevered, what could have been, scenario, where there had been a conviction that found an act of insurrection was committed, that an appeal would have superseded the 14th Amendment?
  10. A conviction that carried a finding of an act of insurrection would have absolutely made a difference, in that Calvinball would unequivocally be recognized as superior to the Constitution in the eyes of the current SCOTUS, assuming their immunity finding came down as it did. In that scenario, with months to go before the election, we might have been witness to impeachment proceedings of SCOTUS members.
  11. How do you know I have issues with the Buda Planning and Zoning Commission, too?
  12. Is SCOTUS not a part of the legal system? The broader legal community might have focused on that decision and made that the hill to die on while a rational person was POTUS.
  13. Jack Smith was appointed in 2023, and not in 2021.. Appeals in all of turnip’s cases were not handled as expeditiously as humanly possible. And a failed coup ringleader was allowed on ballots and was elected leader of the free world. Edited to say that the legal system performed less than admirably in the cases brought after the election of 2020. Sixty plus lawsuits? Outrageous. Torrent of lies, in effect, unchecked. Sure, turnip lost those cases, just as reasonable folks explaining fact counters any given propagandist lie. Cumulatively, the lie is believed.
  14. I have gratitude to the medical system, not disdain, for its handling of the Covid crisis. The legal system has shit the bed in the most disgusting manner imaginable as it enabled turnip’s return to power.
