    USMNT 2021

Donarumma is 6'5" but I can't think of any well known goalkeepers who are taller than him.
  2. Maybe ESPN might not want to give a FOX game college gameday. Ohio St vs Oregon and USC vs Stanford are Fox games. I wouldn't rule out UW vs Michigan because its on ABC and will help them promote that time spot.
  3. I'd rather go to Nashville than Kansas City.
  4. Looks like they actually have room on the sidelines. Davis Wade Stadium looks like an upgrade! Less chance of our players getting hurt and more toothless women!
  5. I hear Starkville is basically the same thing. Food is a bit better too.
  6. I just messaged him on instagram telling him his graphic was wrong. He's responded to me before let me see what he says.
  7. SIAP Josh Pate from Late Kick Cut talks about battered aggy syndrome lmao.
  8. Going to Seaside next weekend for the first time in a year. Anyone got any good restaurant or bar recs?

    Tennis Thread

I just moved back to Houston because I graduated from UT. Anyone have a recommendations for a tennis league or team I should join to meet people? I'm ideally looking for a mixed doubles league. Not super competitive mainly just looking to have some fun.

    Tennis Thread

There isn't a thread for tennis on here. Not sure if anyone on surly plays tennis but thought I'd find out.
  11. Repped for quoting Ric Flair. Hopefully we get some baseball games against yall in the next few years. Also would love to visit the Swamp before 2030.
  12. Aggy rejoins B12 to become "Flagship" program of B12 in their eyes.
  13. I can't say much about Birmingham itself. I played the short course at Oxmoor valley on the way back from touring Bama. I absolutely loved the course. It is very hilly but very pretty out there. I absolutely love playing the trail but I typically just play at the Grand Hotel's courses on the mobile bay.
  14. Cobalt. Happy hour was pretty good there. View is also nice too!
  15. I hadn't checked recruiting rankings in a minute but with how this thread has been for the past month, I didn't realize we had a top 10 and now top 5 ranked class with the addition of Austin Jordan.
  16. Ok so I got my question answered today. The narrowing diff between Brent and WTI has caused Europe to quit buying Sept WTI and they are instead buying more West African grades. This just means more WTI will be going to Asia because freight rates are still crazy low.

    Euro 2020/2021

  18. Basically we've been exporting a ton of crude bc the differential in price between our grades and a lot of foreign has been high. If domestic demand becomes high enough, are the diffs going to become small enough to eliminate export opportunities to Asia and Europe. I randomly thought of that last night.
  19. Anyone else think increasing domestic demand for crude will pretty much eliminate arbitrage opportunities for domestic WTI, Mars, and WTL to Asia and Europe?
  20. Same I have a trip the last weekend of July and half my group has cancelled. I think I might just go to New Orleans instead.
  21. My favorite things to do in the summer there are fly fish, mtn bike, and play golf.

    Formula 1 2021

I've already got my tickets for the original week. You think it'd be overkill to go for two weeks?
  23. So at this point, does GOM start picking up steam again or with ESG stuff and the amount of investment GOM requires is that just not going to happen?
  24. Most of them are garbage tbh. Like USO for example. The way they manage their exposure isn't loaded how most people expect. A lot of people buy into them especially when there's big price moves but they don't understand that they are priced over multiple months. Before you buy into any of them, you need to read what they are actually made up of and understand how they are managed. Most of them just make money for the ETF managers. You would be better off to be like 52-80 and just buy some long term dated contracts or options.
