  1. Looks like a white Russell Westbrook.
  2. I don't want Patterson anywhere near the 40. I just don't like him as a person, don't like his personality, and don't like his history.
  3. Back in the mid 1980s I saw Meredith Baxter drunk on her ass in a Park City bar. /csb Anyway, Hook 'em!
  4. Maybe "close to home" means getting out of a cold, snowy, windy place and going somewhere warmer?
  5. He worked hard to overcome a lot of adversity and made himself into a real leader.
  6. Last I heard he lives in Utah, coaches high school, and runs a QB training facility.
  7. I don't want to downplay his obvious developmental needs, but he was playing behind a crappy o-line, making passes while running for his life, and throwing to midgets.
  8. Let's be honest here. If he portaled to another team, we'd think he has at least a little douche in him. I'm sure fans of of other schools think so--and I'm OK with that. Can't wait until the spring game.
  9. The lesson of Star Wars is that you must make your own luck if you want to bring down the death star.
  10. Running Backs Coach at Texas Husband? Where is Texas Husband located? Are they accredited?
  11. Well, the head football coach of the University of Texas used “to” instead of “too.” But it was late and he was excited so I forgive him. But just this once. You’re on notice Sark.
  12. So, based on what we know (which is shit), the order from best chance to least looks something like this: Campbell Transfer 2023 commit Some 2022 recruit we didn’t know about Abor Greene Taylor Bible reenrolling Harris Perkins
  13. He lasted longer than I thought he would, had his chance, and played pretty OK at times. Best of luck to him.
  14. Sweat was a terror in HS at 280 and impressive as a freshman. He needs to come in at 300-310, get some of his quickness back, and not get so tired that he stands up after a couple of plays. He can hold the line, but he needs to be crushing it and he's just carrying too much weight to be consistent.
  15. Yeah, let me pile on. At this point in Texas Football, you take every good to great offensive lineman you can get. You need 5 starters, at least 3 solid backups, and a production line of strength, skill, technique, and weight annually pumping out regular specimens molded from high school bodies and minds. We took 2, er, 1 last year. That's criminal negligence. Some in this class are EE, some will play immediately, and some will redshirt. They'll get spread out a bit naturally. If you have a good OL, you get to a decent bowl. If you have a dominant OL, you win championships.
  16. Tosh knows bags, not NIL. No thanks.
  17. I, for one, am shocked. Who could have predicted? Oh, right. Everyone.
  18. Jojo was a man who thought he was a loner but he knew it couldn't last.
  19. It's a "pork patty" shaped to resemble ribs. Here's the official lowdown: According to an article from Chicago magazine, which cites a 1995 article by Mandigo, "restructured meat product" contains a mixture of tripe, heart, and scalded stomach, which is then mixed with salt and water to extract proteins from the muscle. The proteins bind all the pork trimmings together so that it can be re-molded into any specific shape — in this case, a fake slab of ribs.
