  1. Is murder a 15 yard penalty?
  2. He would be in great position to have a big year if he comes back after a full rehab.
  3. We also know that he was doing the same stuff that got Herm Edwards shit canned at ASU in recruiting. Hosting kids on his ranch during lockdowns and dead periods, etc.
  4. When Anthony Richardson goes #4 last year based on measurables alone, and Will Levis is the first pick of the second round, there is absolutely zero chance Quinn will not be a first round pick. I would be surprised if he wasn't a top 10 pick honestly. If I am evaluating the QBs based on NFL draft, I think Quinn is the #2 or #3 QB on the board behind Williams, and possibly behind Maye (but that will be in the eye of the beholder). He has shown quality improvement in many of the areas that people had questions about this season: leadership, reading coverages, deep ball. He is over 70% completion percentage, 4 to 1 TD to INT ration, and has a 163 QB rating. Plus, he is doing all of that against teams primarily running the flyover defense. Outside of injury questions, I am not sure what there is to really nitpick.
  5. Brett Bienemy sounds like a San Diego news anchor turned realtor specializing in selling off properties being split in high dollar divorces.
  6. He is.. I still don't fully understand why the coverages are disconnected from the fronts like that and why PK lets that shit keep happening. It was our biggest gripe about year 1.
  7. Even if he tries his ass off, what recruit in the 2025 class is going to come within a mile of that program?
  8. Blue has shown a little something this year. I am glad that we are starting to see some real development on this team.
  9. Man, talk about a scheduling layup.. and yet I still think they find a way to lose 4 games. Notre Dame, LSU, Texas, and one of Florida or Mizzou.
  10. Regardless, if you have Texas and OU in the SEC for a number of years and they are having success, I am not sure how much B12 schools will want them anyway. The talent gap is only going to widen once we leave. We are already seeing it this year frankly. We detonated Kansas and Kansas State on the lines of scrimmage, and those are two front runners in the conference race.
  11. I would imagine that we schedule Tech again eventually, but it probably won't be for a long long time.
  12. Second hilarious section: Nuno talks about all of the QB injuries the last two years, King, Johnson, Weigman, Johnson, Weigman, Johnson.. and then fails to connect the dots that their offensive line is getting their guys killed and talking about how every coach would struggle with that. Luicci slipped and said Weigman done for the year, then called it a massive dose of misfortune and bad luck with the QB injuries. And the chef's kiss.. at the 28:00 mark Luicci knowingly or unknowingly references the aggy roller coaster... complete with sound effects.
  13. A&M is the only program insulated and tone def enough to actually do this and feel happy about it. Sadly, Briles would probably kill it at aggy if he could find people who want to play for him.
  14. OMG- I just saw him say "There is no shame in losing on the last play to the #11 team in the country. But it's not ok when Kiffen is running his mouth and taunting your program and they are pushing this false narrative that A&M is paying players."
  15. At this point, they are going to have to take a monster portal class to address the OLine. If they have skill position defections, they will have to hit that hard as well. Nobody is coming to play for Jimbo, and if the current team is splintering anyway they almost have to make a change. Haynes King isn't walking through that door to save them.
  16. And he literally can't go 5 minutes without mentioning Texas. "Yeah, we got our asses handed to us and were embarrassed on a national stage, but Kansas State going for it in overtime was inexcusable. Let's take some calls to talk about Klieman's error."
  17. Texas/Ok State would be very very favorable for Texas. I think that is a bad matchup for Ok State this year since they are so run heavy.
  18. This thread is truly amazing after a loss. Good thing we get at least 5 of these per year.
  19. I believe my picks for CFP at the beginning of the season were: Georgia, Washington, Michigan, FSU, which still looks on track with TX finishing 5th and just out of the CFP. But if some of those teams lose late, we have more than just one good win. Kansas is a quality win, Kansas State is a quality win - both will end top 25. If we do make it through the last three games, we will have another ranked opportunity in the CCG. That should be enough considering we also have a top 5 road win and our loss was a last second loss in a rivalry game against another top 15 team.
  20. My heart says Tyanthony Smith, but my head says Bussey.
  21. I think Taaffe is fine for this stretch of BYU & KSU. He has picks the last two weeks and at least he gets lined up correctly and knows where to go. I heard this QB Johnson is the fastest dude on their team, and he had a laser timed 4.52. That means that there likely isn't a receiver on that squad cracking a 4.6. That sounds like just the type of game that Taafe can play. Now I don't want to see him on the field versus TCU at all, but he should be serviceable this game.
