  1. We make up too much shit in the offseason. Neil Brown was supposed to help improve the run game. That was supposed to help in RZ situations. Sark is Sark. He's not listening to Neil brown for jack shit
  2. wow. had to watch it on delay/dvr. was so desperate to get home. what a mistake. Its probably been called out a ton already, but what was that? last year there was so much motion, misdirection, bunch formations. I thought the motion was Sarks way for the defense to show their hand. It looked like osu dbs played off, no one got open at all and arch started rushing it. He looked like he was trying to go down the field on every play and no one was open. He was mentally ready to gun it, then had to check down but was throwing 100mph passes for 4yrds. the run game looked ok, but there seemed to be nothing schemed up like we saw last year. there was at least a few attempts to be creative with run plays. that kept defenses on their toes, even if those plays did not work. Their defense was flying. they were not hesitating at all. its almost like, if you see your QB struggling, why not give him quick passes? add some misdirection. yea arch wasnt great at the short stuff, but I think it would have been different if thats his 1st read. I mean, we did it for a whole year w Quinn. Its like Sark watched an old a peyton manning game. Line up the same way on almost every play. no motion at all.. wrong manning dude
  3. threw up in my mouth
  4. What about selling propane and propane accessories?
  5. tech it is! big 12 sounds like the perfect conference for him
  6. I don't know if I've seen that technique before, where you pick up the guard and throw him into the running back.
  7. I don't have enough time to follow recruiting like I used to, but I remember back in the big12, we'd sign a ton of skill talent every year. The big concern then was that we never emphasized DL, especially when thats all aggy was buying. Freakishly strong, twitched up kids that have the frame to hold 300lbs are rare, and you kinda knew who most of them are at 16. In this cycle, we got 3 already. As for the skill guys, speed can't really be taught either. But there are tons of fast kids every year. Not all of those 15-16yr olds are at the level of physical maturity to make them blue chippers. We'll see some guys in Sr evals. Some of those guys will go to small schools and develop. Those guys can be found in the portal. We might not have the high ranking we'd like to see, but seems like recruiting is pretty good these days.
  8. 100% agree. This guy is a freshman and is already playing. Why would he transfer already? Out of the freshman DBs, he seems to be playing way more than Filsame. Black is playing corner, Mack is playing nickel. He seems to have a path
  9. Probably Nibblet, who seems great on special teams, but unlikely to break into the rotation at this point.
  10. Golden is a mystery. He has stats like a 6'7" red zone tight end, but he is fast and can run routes. Whittington was one of my favorite players ever and got drafted in the 6th last yr. Great teammate, great blocker, very reliable. But I would think Golden is going much earlier. Golden is going to test well too (did Whittington even run?)
  11. So, special assistant Drayton starts Monday? Maybe we wouldn't even want him. I dont think I've watched a 0 dimensional offense before
  12. They are up 27 against a team who's offense is intentionally trying to lose the game. Love that the play call is to run arnold up the middle
  13. lol. his bro turned out to be pretty good.
  14. Thought Brooks at CB was supposed to be more a technician with long arms vs super fast guy with quick twitch. Was the coaching a problem? or getting fat?
  15. Wondering if the staff should just be a bit more flexible w what they tell recruits. Feel like other teams are just willing to cater to what the recruit wants then let them figure it out on campus. Didn't Billy Bowman decommit to play receiver at OU?
  16. Great inside info, thx. What do you think the Miami NIL stuff these days? legit? So much noise about Ruiz trying to "Phil Knight" Miami into relevance, but I thought his company was being delisted and the SEC (not the conference) was investigating them. After Rashada, I'm surprised that more people are not calling bs on them.
  17. LSU can definitely sell playing time. We think we are desperate for DT's, but they hardly even have warm bodies. There was a discussion on TD about how much weight the ends needed to put on to move to DT.
  18. The copium on TD is something else.. “Bo will have to get McKinley ready” 🤣
  19. What about our references on this site for Coach Terry Joseph?
  20. Whew. Means he’s staying then, right?
  21. They are on target to have like 68-70 athletes on scholarship after the next few enter the portal and the unsigned commits go elsewhere. He prob assumes one will for sure be left over for him
  22. Never played sports, eh? No coach would ever say what you wrote.. " He was told it's Arch's team after Quinn leaves, this year or next" That's the sentence that set me off. Sark coached under Carroll and Saban. Every position is a competition, every day. Arch may be ahead, but its not decided when Arch has only thrown a handful of passes in real games
