  1. Yeah that's a good point, makes it easy to call him a coward.
  2. I seriously think he may not appear on stage given how many attacks will be lobbed his way. He's also a hell of a lot shorter than I realized, he's about as short as me and I know my short-ass would have a hard time gaining support on just a purely superficial physical appearance level.
  3. Glad to see you back and just as mad as ever.
  4. He's an unabashed racist as much as Trump is, just more articulate and a hell of a lot more wealthy. He may remove concentration camps at the border, but he's probably going to follow up that by drug testing any single person who receives a single dollar in federal aid.
  5. Yes dude, totally a staunch liberal who has never shown any racist ideology https://www.cnn.com/2012/02/21/us/new-york-muslim-surveillance/index.html
  6. You seriously, seriously, don't think there's a huge difference between starting from the point of accepting that there will have to be something watered beforehand because it will be easier to compromise versus doing everything you can to pass the original bill before you try to compromise? I don't think any of us Bernie supporters here ever said that M4A would unequivocally get passed without any changes and I don't know almost any at all who have. I'd seriously like to see some receipts.
  7. I may hold my nose, I can tell you I have no idea right now. He is marginally, just barely, better than Trump in my mind.
  8. I'd vote for Kamala in a heartbeat over Bloomberg, I'd fucking be enthusiastic if that was my choice. I will enthusiastically support any Democratic candidate that wins the nomination if it isn't Bloomberg at this point. He is the personification of inequality in the US.
  9. Dude, vote for whoever you want, just stop with this disingenuous crap because you were arguing with bad_teammate for the past several months, it's a freaking internet forum where people have passionate beliefs. We weren't the ones lecturing others about how their supposed refusal to vote for Hillary gave us Trump, it'd be the height of hypocrisy for us to turn around and blame you for not delivering Bernie and bad_teammate isn't doing that.
  10. Amy also has lower support among black people than Pete and doesn't have the funds to come close to trying to buy support through advertising.
  11. Bloomberg is absolutely going to alienate people, especially if you're banking on a huge young turnout to offset old whites to seem to keep moving towards the GOP.
  12. Who is going to carry that midwest that doesn't depress turnout elsewhere? Freaking Klobuchar somehow?
  13. The rumors (which could very well be BS) are that she is so low on funds that she can't properly pay all her staff, which was enormous at one point. If she wants to stay in the race, she's going to try to attack any of the other candidates to hopefully gain some sliver of support but it's wayyyyy to late for that imo.
  14. I'm not going to say that there isn't an uphill battle, but we can safely ignore any neocons in the year 2020. These people are garbage and do not deserve to be listened to.
  15. Are you seriously linking Maximum Boot to back up your statement? Do you want to share any other neocon opinions?
  16. Yeahhhhh, about Nevada. Not going to be a big fuck up at all if not outright dirty. https://prospect.org/politics/nevada-caucus-confusing-app-vote-counting-process/
  17. Blooms going to have armed guards up there next time, can't have the Poor's causing a ruckus.
  18. Yeah yeah, damn hipsters, but this made me happy. Are you in Houston? I'd love to hear if he's actually reaching people.
  19. lol at you really thinking this is how they're operating, good lord.
  20. So, from my very naive online sleuthing, it seems like probably a huge (possibly majority) number of people are going to early vote/caucus I guess by filling out a card at a site with the ranked choices. This could really hurt Amy and Pete even with their bump because they didn't have a ton of staff there already.
  21. lol, god damn Hank. No one cares, they don't work for the Bernie campaign.
  22. Bernie isn't the one who's struggling with unions right now, even if the messaging becomes their health care plans are getting taken away. He's got an enormous number endorsement s from unions, you can't dispute that.
  23. Did you miss this? You can get mad at us all you want, but perception is reality for people who aren't the bros as you say. I'm listening to NPR right now, and all they're talking about is Pete and Amy. It's not a conspiracy, but for someone who's the frontrunner he isn't getting as much discussion as anyone else would if they were in his position. Edit: They then spent the rest of the time during my drive discussing Bloomberg
