  1. Anyone have the list of spring enrollees?
  2. He was also clocked at 22.4 mph. Worthy's top speed this year was 22.7 mph.
  3. If anyone, it was Livingstone we were taking for granite.
  4. It's Christmas break.
  5. All you guys after Wingo and Hampton sign with us:
  6. Those billboards are awesome. Neighborhoods and high schools putting up banners for where their seniors are going is a thing here in GA that I never saw in Texas.
  7. Wingo, Baker, and Hampton(maybe) are the only ones outstanding.
  8. Not sure that Wells post makes me feel any better.
  9. It was an interception, but same-same.
  10. That one QB:
  11. They'll likely play Quarters against us because they did it enough this year, and it's how they played us last year. It's a standard Cover 3 Match they run - not a Cover 7 (Rip/Liz) - so the basic elements will stay the same, but now with 2 safeties and one hook. It's definitely bend-and-keep-bending defense. They have a low sack rate, low havoc rate, high completion percent allowed. They are bad on third down and bad in the red zone. They like to keep everything in front and make you stay on the field for as long as possible and wait for you to mess up. They don't tackle very well for that style, but they have been able to get numbers to the ball to limit damage.
  12. They made that easy. Way to dominate.
  13. No, he wasn't. He was forced to play dime safety for OSU and sucked even at that.
  14. They are testing communication it in non-FBS games. They are allowing electronic devices in certain FBS bowls.
  15. Most of us didn't think we would win last year. We had major issues on both lines, it was like Ewers sixth game ever, Worthy had a broken hand, we had no other receivers. The guys who carried the offense had opted out for the draft. And we really didn't beat any teams as good as Washington last year. And it's not even that Oregon isn't a good team. It's that they play a brand of football known to completely flop against similar athletes. They are great at beating up on middling Pac teams. They couldn't even pull away from one of the more terrible Tech teams of recent and should have lost that game.
  16. The players and schools that stand to lose most from collaboration are the only ones with the power to actually organize. And the next tier down all thinks they'll be the ones riding the coattails to easy money. That's why a player's union or a more united league structure won't happen anytime soon.
  17. Football is going to become like the Olympic sports where less than 10 schools actually have the resources to field a nationally competitive team ever.
  18. Sark has that rule but has allowed exceptions. I'm pretty sure we had a portal player last Spring play in the Spring Game, but I can't remember who.
  19. yes. It's most like Air Coryell, which was the predecessor of West Coast, down to the power rush attack and heavy use of motion. Think Norv Turner.
