  1. I do know them. Been a member for a long time. Wife worked at them. I am saying, it is not what is going to pull someone over who will put up with 10 dollar eggs, losing their job, etc.
  2. 600 will have an impact. That is 600 rents/mortgages. 600 + car payments. Thinking one for one is wrong. It is why cities fight so hard against BRACs at bases. And it depends on who these people are. What other jobs are there for them in the area?
  3. Good. plant away. It is gorgeous out today.
  4. For me big take away is if people don't answer the musk questions we will assume they do not exist and stop paying them. So we do live in Office Space.
  5. Yeah, I don't see people revolting over parks. Ask the average american to name 3.
  6. Fire the judges?
  7. When working at a nursery the rule was wait until Easter for your tomatos.
  8. I think he said it was HUD.
  9. @Hagbard Celine forget what thread you posted the announcment. Here is the video of what went up on screen.
  10. 1- If they are processed. If not, doubtful. Latin America is pretty good about vaccines. PAHO made it a cornerstone. Other parts of the world? Nope. Processed? yep, for sure. 2- County? In Texas? Reaching out to immigrants for community health? LMAO. 3- The biggest risk is going to be our homegrown ant-vax community. I get some do need exemptions. Others just don't want to. Some could not. My wife is unsure if she had her second MMR. Heading to the clinic today. She is not an anti-vaxxer, it was on her mom. And Texas State did not make her get it when she went back for her masters.
  11. They will just lock the computers.
  12. Estimate from a teacher buddy is 95% at the HS. We have a very large migrant community plus outliers from the country at that school. And yes. Oh, but the twin peaks will be full today.
  13. Oh well all know everyone there is vaccinated.
  14. All yours. I think men wearing che berets look stupid anyways.
  15. Why you jealous? You can have him.
  16. meanwhile county is pretty quiet on it. Judge said some BS about upping surveillance. Um, there is no staff for it. I was in SM during COVID. No one gave a fuck. They had to put up fences to stop people from going to the river. Of course the locals knew tricks so they would go to hidden unfenced spots. Perfect town for an outbreak.
  17. I lost my record a long time ago. I was planning on getting the full run. Might as well now. I need the record for overseas travel mainly. I know I got it all as a kid. Was mandatory before we could go overseas.
  18. Looks they went to a lot of places. A Northwest Texas resident who has tested positive for measles potentially exposed University of Texas at San Antonio students and other residents while visiting San Antonio earlier this month. The San Antonio Metropolitan Health District said the Gaines County resident tested positive for the virus and traveled to multiple locations here on Feb. 15, including UTSA's main campus from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. that day. Afterwards, the traveler visited the Wax Museum, Ripley’s Believe It or Not! and Ripley’s Illusion Lab near the Alamo between 2:30 and 5:30 p.m. For dinner, the visitor dined at Mr. Crabby's Seafood and Bar in Live Oak between 6 and 8 p.m. Earlier Sunday, The Hays County Health Department announced that an Gaines County resident with measles visited San Marcos from 3 to 8 p.m. on Feb. 14., entering several Texas State University buildings and spending the evening at the sports bar Twin Peaks. Public health officials urge those who visited these places to review their vaccine records and monitor themselves for symptoms for four to 21 days after initial exposure. https://www.expressnews.com/news/article/measles-exposure-in-san-marcos-20183421.php

  20. State said no. USAID wanted to but they were already fired.
  21. I mean just on campus. And for sure could be a coed.
  22. Map showed they walked all over the university. Had to have been a tour. No student would be doing that.
  23. What were they doing? That has to be a tour of the university. Twin peaks is about 2 miles away and usually pretty crowded.
  24. So about all that US grain and medicine being purchased, sitting in storage, or promised. Yeah, its just going to sit there. Efficiency.
  25. Add to that twin peaks and you get the double whammy.
