Glad you pointed this out because Michigan was overplaying motion to screen the entire 2nd half. Apparently, Sark just combined the screen action with the run concept and it's not something we actually practiced like that.

How you know Arch finally has it is look at how he responded to the pressure on that 60 yard TD run. Early to mid season Arch gets sacked. He identified the pressure quickly, stepped up and then saw the clear path and he was gone. VY had that. Enjoy this while we can watch it boys.

he needs a true #1. nfl first rounder

When you have tom Brady, you can win it all with Troy brown and Julian Edelman

In college the refs give the O-line about 2-3 yards of blocking downfield before they throw the flag. So you can run RPOs like this fully intent on handing it off and still pull it and throw. Or, if you see a lane treat it as a zone read. Michigan was a lot like aggy, aggressive but not technically sound. That's why we ran on them despite their run d prowess.

Well the rule is 3 yards so….

that play was pretty much a called QB run. the DE crashed and he made a nice fake to hold the backer. hopefully Sark has decided the QB run game is a game changer.

Maybe but 3 guys crashed inside on him and he stepped right past all of them. Early season Arch doesn't do that.

we weren't really calling those plays early in the year or if we did it was pretty much a called handoff.

I’d like tot think that was what arch was talking about when he said I just don’t give a fuck. He’s gonna run and make the offense go, in spite of Sark.

Or maybe he fucked his roommates girlfriend. Or ruined his bathrobe. Who knows

I was wondering the same thing....

I am sure early in the season Sark didn't want to get his starting QB hurt for the 3rd year in a row but once it was obvious our OL was shit he needed to incorporate it to help but he doesn't believe in it at all. too late for the Florida game unfortunately.

his offense can score points but it is not as dynamic as it could be.

get your backup ready and maybe you can make the semi's anyway - see Ole Miss
