  1. ^Nah, for all of the reasons already touched on in previous posts here, GG was not set up for success here. The guy was a 19 year old kid and unrealistically expected to be an instant star in year one of starting. The shit that the guy took from our fanbase and supporters was almost shameful really. I cannot blame him a single bit for still having negative feelings towards UT. I wish the dude nothing but luck.
  2. According to Tom Peliserro DiNucci is benched and it's a comp between GG and Rush for the start
  3. Hmmm... That all out blitz right there looked very familiar
  4. Big name is the key. Just shows how important it is to get the hire right. Some hot commodity G5 up-and-comer can still come in just like Herman did and be an ace recruiter but who gives a fuck about the recruiting class rank if you can't develop them into anything worth a shit.
  5. I was thinking the same thing. Not a single Cowboy stood up to Bostic for their QB. Not a single motherfucker approached a piece of shit that could've very easily paralyzed their teammate with that hit. Absolutely no fight. No heart. Out of everything I saw today, that was the worst.
  6. [nut kick] We could've drafted Budda Baker instead of Taco. [/nut kick]
  7. That'd be cool if you were James McMurtry.
  8. I just caught up on the last 10 pages of this thread. Here's my summary in gifs:
  9. This ain't the fucking mountain west conference Kellen
  10. Except Charlie's players actually liked him.
  11. Sam is going to give up a bad fumble or two with as long as he's been holding the ball in these collapsing pockets. Get it out quicker or takeoff for fucks sake!!!
  12. Should've been an easy pick
  13. How's our alignment looking today, Tommy boy?
  14. 3 takeaways and only 10 pts to show for it. Pathetic.
  15. Anyone notice the rat's on that clapping girl?
  16. Sure seems like there are more severely jaundiced people popping up lately
  17. Would working the officials really hurt given the circumstances? If you see the kind of inexplicably poor and blatantly wrong calls made that directly hurt your team's ability to win? I'm pleading for Tom to even at least just seek out explanations from refs on some of the shitty calls. Hold them accountable. Ask for rules references. Whatever communication is necessary to have some sort of handle on it. It may look like poor form or something if you want to be haughty but it works. Saban, Urban, Dabo - all those guys work the refs. Charlie didn't do it enough either in his time here honestly. If by 2015 you mean that OK St game, that was an atrocity of officiation, even from unbiased, objective observers nationwide. Charlie would've been in the right to have roundhoused a few of those officials in that game.
  18. I was wondering the same thing. We had a three point lead and there we were trying to run clock like we had Earl or Ricky in the back field, or shit, I don't know, weren't averaging 1.7 yds per carry on the game.
