I agree. I went overboard myself and I own it. Granted, I had read and thought he had just been shot AT (I had not seen the video), so I was not really being 100% serious, but that's not an excuse. There is no good discussion to be had on the topic right now or maybe ever, tbh.
I get that the Okie State incident was completely egregious but it's hardly the first or the last time the Big 12 (or any other) conference has publicly "stood by" their godawful officiating. It happens nearly every time there is a situation like this, even if those officials are later suspended or whatever. Nobody ever wants to publicly admit to incompetence.
Thoughts on this?
Don't recall you saying a word about Democratic lawmakers being killed, but given that you called for all Democrats to be deported about 10 minutes ago, I am not shocked. Still, please, give us your thoughts.
A university spokesperson is not divulging this information at a press conference minutes after it happened. I'm not saying it's not true but I wish people would stop pasting shit from these dogass OSINT accounts.
It depends a lot on what field you're in, I think. I'm pretty sure I could leave my degrees off my resume entirely and it would matter zilch. But that's too many years of experience and results in tech/engineering talking.
I'm fully aware of the non-call vis-a-vis Orakpo and it was bad. I'm not aware of some systemic conspiracy to hold Texas players and get away with it across the board in 2008 or otherwise. Do you guys know how insane you sound?
There have been many horrific calls by SEC crews over the years, it's just a matter of time for y'all.
It's almost like refs everywhere suck shit.
Ok, great. The point is you're literally the only fanbase in America that obsesses over it. It's weird. Aggy level weird.
Yep lol #23 clearly picks the ball up behind the pile and walks off while other OU players point at him trying to get the refs attention. So bizarre. They did mention OU having the ball once but I don't think they ever pointed it out again after that.
The Gaza family torn apart by IDF snipers from Chicago and Munich | Israel-Gaza war | The Guardian
Cross posting from the CR thread. This dude should be in prison or in front of a firing squad, but this is just how these IDF pieces of shit operate. What kind of a monster do you have to be to grow up in America and then decide you want to go join the IDF so you can shoot unarmed Palestinians for fun?
Lol man every time I watch that my jaw is basically on the floor. It's wild.
Ball doesn't even go 10 yards
Very obviously touched by Oregon player first
Oklahoma player recovers the ball and walks away while everyone else is piled up
Officials rule Oregon ball even though no one in the pile actually has the ball
Replay inexplicably holds everything up even though it's all clear as day on the screen, even in this shitty quality video you can see it all
I would call this cheating 100 times out of 100.
Still funny that it happened to Bob Stoops.
I often wonder who the ref crew was in this game and if they're still working. This is still [in my mind] the most egregious call and subsequent replay review in CFB history. It's funny because it happened to OU, but still absolutely unbelievable that it went down this way.
