  1. I'm not sure you can fire him after this playoff sealing performance. Garrett has finally righted the ship.
  2. That's worked out well for the vast majority of candidates he's stumped for dating back to 2018. I can see Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan and Arizona all flipping blue. Heck, throw in Florida and it could become outright embarrassing for Trump. One term President who was impeached and will face criminal charges weeks after he's removed from office. He'll have brought down the republican party and exposed those that need to be voted out of office. 2020 is shaping up to be the turning point in American politics.
  3. Though the caveat being, Trump won't gain sympathy nor support with his impeachment where Clinton did, his rising from the high 50% to high 60% approval rating. Trump's highest approval rating came right after the election where he was at 45.5%. He's been hovering at a 40% approval rate ever since. Here are a few past Presidents with similar approval ratings going into the last year of their first term. H.W. Bush 44.6%, Carter 38.9%, Ford 43.6% LBJ 43.9%. None of them were elected for a second term. Again, the writing is on the wall, the trends from 2018 are going to continue.
  4. Hey guess what? Trump was impeached because of his actions. He gets to wear that title from here on out. It's not going to get any better for him in the Senate. He may get acquited but in doing so it will put the republican Senate majority in jeopardy come the 2020 elections. A majority of Americans want Trump impeached and removed from office. An even larger majority want a fair and full trial in the Senate, which includes hearing testimony from Cabinet members and their subordinates. But by all means keep on supporting him as he destroys your party. I'm a Conservative at heart and voted for Trump in 2020. However, I've seen the corruption he's involved in and come election time in November I'm going to vote against Trump and vote against anyone who continues to blindly support and enable him. The Blue Wave from 2018 is only growing larger, but you already know that.
  5. Wish I had an after shot of the Hassleback potatoes they stole the show.
  6. Are you not familiar with Darius Trump?
  7. I think Vanilla Ice is going to have some competition from Kid Rock for location sites. I've always imagined it'd resemble this scene.
  8. A long but interesting report on released documents pertaining to Ukrainian aid being withheld by Trump. https://publicintegrity.org/national-security/trump-administration-officials-worried-ukraine-aid-halt-violated-spending-law/ "Sam Berger, a lawyer who was a senior counselor and policy adviser at OMB from 2010 to 2015 before becoming a White House adviser to President Obama, says that in his view, Trump’s holdup of the funding “constituted an illegal impoundment” and that none of the administration’s claims about it “pass legal muster.” A former assistant attorney general and special counsel to the Defense Department, Jack Goldsmith, said in an Oct. 16 article in a blog called Lawfare that he, too, believes that despite some uncertainty, the 55-day long aid holdup appeared to be in “contravention” of the Impoundment Act, which limits any deferral to 45 days and otherwise requires congressional approval. No such approval was ever granted."
  9. I'm never wrong. *Checks Trump golf count website Ok, looks like he's played once, maybe twice since his hospital "check up". Prior to that his history was playing multiple times per week.
  10. and he hasn't played a round of gold since his "scheduled" and "routine" trip to Walter Reed.
  11. Of course he said it, and he said it on camera........That is Trump's MO. Just like he wanted Ukraine to "announce an investigation on TV" I guarantee he was coached by someone to say that. Hopefully this comes back to bite Van Drew in the ass.
  12. Well, how do you expect Trump to get us up to God? Damnit! Does he have to think of everything?
  13. I've got Fozz on block so I'm guessing he posted that picture that now comes up on the Tappa menu screen. Hopefully this will replace it, harkening back to early 2019 when Nancy took over and helped guide the House through the hurdles of impeaching Trump.
  14. A 2019 recap of Trump's best words. He has the best words, he'll tell ya.
  15. How long have we been waiting on the court case regarding Don McGahn? I'll tell ya, eight months and still we wait. How long have we been waiting on the courts to rule on the President's tax returns? So don't throw out some lame excuse that they should have enforced them through the judicial system. The democrats do that and elections are being held before we ever get a ruling.
  16. How long have we been in court to get Trump's tax records?
  17. Then all the President has to do is let everyone testify. What's so hard about that? It clears him of everything, no obstruction of Congress and I'm sure that the compelling testimony of these witnesses will exonerate Trump. Bottom line Trump and the GOP are either huge pussies or they actually have something to hide.
  18. In this case she runs the show on when managers are selected and when/if the articles of impeachment are sent to the Senate floor. What's wrong with witness testimony? Are you afraid it will shine a negative light on what actually took place here? I thought the right wanted to get the Biden's on the stand, get the whistleblower on the stand or was that all just talk in an attempt to detract from the truth. Have Mitch and Trump put on their big boy pants and step up to the challenge. Or you can continue to sit back and act like a little bitch.
  19. They could bring Beelzebub and I'd vote for him in 2020. I'll admit I fucked up buying into the anyone but Hilary and I voted for Trump in 2016. He's a crook, a liar, a narcissist, a traitor, a rapist, a Communist, a weak representative of a man and one ugly orange fat man. The republican party is dead.
  20. Hey fyi. You've got some Cheeto dust on the right side of your mouth, you should probably wipe it away before going down on the President again.
  21. "True heroism is remarkably sober, very undramatic. It is not the urge to surpass all others at whatever cost, but the urge to serve others at whatever cost." - Arthur Ashe A historic day, as a life long conservative I've stated here before that I no longer recognize the republican party I grew up with. This impeachment process has invigorated me to be more active and I've already started to share my time and dollars with democratic reps here in Houston/Texas. Darker days are ahead, but I see 2020 being a turning point toward the better. Hook' Em and God bless. Time for a beer to toast the 3rd Impeachment in our country's history.
  22. It'd fit the incompetency of an "R" to vote Yes. Sure enough it was changed. Probably on of the former DWI Republicans.
