  3. That’d certainly be an interesting path. So…what, he says they’ve won, and orders all troops to come back home? Then Ukraine continues its efforts to retake their own territory, and he then has to declare war and tell everyone to turn back around?
  4. Next year, ain't nobody telling him he can't join in their reindeer games.
  5. @immamac Would you mind re-pinning? Maybe change the thread title to reflect that it's tomorrow as well?
  6. Came here to say the same thing. Anyone in and around Houston, or able to drive, get on it! https://texasonefund.kindful.com/e/houstonhh That's the registration link, btw.
  7. I hadn't even considered that. I was only thinking about actual incomplete passes. I wonder if that falls under the same definition? If so, then that's an enormous rule change and something that's fundamental to the game.
  8. Number 1 is the only one that I know I would like to see changed. It doesn't happen that often, but it's super annoying when it does. 2 seems pointless as it has such minor impact. 3 is easily the most impactful for overall runtime. I can argue for and against 4, and I'm not sure which side I come down on it. I think cutting back a couple ads would have a bigger impact than all four of these rules combined, but we know that ain't happening

  10. This is as tired as them threatening to use nukes, except it’s even less of a threat. ETA: I guess I understand the above posts explaining this in that it lets him secure a little more personal safety, but I stand by it not being a legitimate threat to outsiders.
  11. Well say goodbye to nearly every construction company, restaurant, factory, farm, etc in Texas then. (Only referring to undocumented adult workers, agree with you about children.) As to your last sentence, I won’t disagree that is factual in certain circumstances. But it is definitely a small minority (again, at least as far as Texas is concerned).
  12. Fair point. I do remember something like that from my first jobs. But I think it only applied on school nights, because I don’t think we had the same restrictions during the summer. That certainly could’ve changed in the last 25 or so years since this was applicable for me though
  13. Had to stare at this one for a good, long while Wordle 610 4/6* 🟨⬜⬜⬜⬜ ⬜⬜⬜🟩⬜ ⬜🟨🟨🟩⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 Daily Quordle 391 6️⃣8️⃣ 3️⃣7️⃣ quordle.com ⬜🟨🟨⬜🟨 🟨⬜⬜⬜🟨 ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ 🟨⬜⬜🟩⬜ ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ ⬜🟨⬜🟩🟩 🟩🟨⬜⬜⬜ 🟩⬜🟩🟩🟩 ⬜⬜🟩⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 ⬜🟩🟩⬜⬜ ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛ ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 ⬜🟨🟨⬜⬜ ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ ⬜🟩⬜⬜🟨 ⬜🟩⬜🟨⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 ⬜🟩⬜⬜⬜ ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛ ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛ 🟩🟨⬜⬜⬜ ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛ 🟩⬜⬜⬜⬜ ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  14. At least in Texas, you can start working most types of jobs at 14, so it’s not really the age that’s shocking. It’s the danger of the work at that age and the potential trafficking issues
  15. No, it’s stupid. Zero caffeine, sugar, or their energy blend. It’s just like any other hard seltzer
  16. I for sure thought that dog was going to turn around and jump back in

  18. This must be a very triggering time for you. I’m sorry about your previous exposure to toxic events
  19. No. In order to have a deterrent, they can't let anybody find out they used them all.
  20. I don't know man. I said I just went with the first numbers I saw from a quick google search. Looking again, I still don't know what the answer actually is. Obviously 100 wouldn't kill every person on the planet immediately, but the fallout and other effects globally from that many bombs would keep killing for a very long time.
  21. Just went with the first number I saw online. 3% of their nuclear arsenal is still 134 nuclear bombs. I think the estimate is that you'd only need about 100 nukes to essentially destroy the entire world
