  1. Sorry, shit got a little weirder, the posts that were on Page 315 were probably ones from 314 or so, when I went to 316, it was all gray and stopped loading at all. I shut down my iPad and restarted to clear my cache. I’m posting what trying to load Page 316 looked like.
  2. I’ve never tried to upload a screenshot from my Photos before, cool. I only use an iPad to view Surly, use Safari exclusively and it has nothing to do (on my end) with Twitter, as I don’t have a Twitter account. The above shot is from the 2023 thread on 9:95, Page 315. The Elmer Fudd post never loads, then the rest of the page goes gray. I have changed my web server multiple times thru Cookie Monster, no change. Thank you for looking into it.
  3. Geez, I’ve never paid much attention, but that Duchess chick married to the bald guy is legitimately pretty hot. I had no idea she was that tall.
  4. This dude had one of the great heel roles in TV history, trying to fuck over Jack Bauer at every turn, over several seasons. He took weasel to a whole new level. I’m not a Star Trek universe guy, but I know he had many roles in those shows as well. RIP, Gregory, you made those many hours of great TV even better. Gregory Itzin, a character actor who played a Nixonian president on “24,” died Friday due to complications during an emergency surgery. He was 74. His death was announced on social media by Jon Cassar, a director and producer on the show. A spokesperson for the actor later confirmed the news. “He was one of the most talented actors I had the honor to work with, but more than that he was an all around great guy,” Cassar tweeted. “He’ll be missed by his ’24’ family who had nothing but love & respect for him. You made your mark, now Rest In Peace friend.” Itzin was nominated for two Emmys for his work as the treacherous President Charles Logan on “24,” one for supporting actor in a drama and another for guest actor in a drama. The role, Itzin says, transformed his career. “[It was] a sea change,” he said in a 2013 interview. “I was a working actor and that sort of thing, but now I’m an in resident villain.” Itzin also appeared in “Airplane” as “religious zealot 1,” a blink-and-you-miss-it role that nevertheless gave him the first lines in the 1980 hit. Over the course of his career, he had a recurring part on “Friends” as Theodore Hannigan, the father of Paul Rudd’s Mike Hannigan, who became the boyfriend and eventual husband of Phoebe Buffay. He also appeared on “Murder One,” “MacGyver” and “NCIS.” Itzin popped up in five different roles across the “Star Trek” universe of shows, guest starring on “Star Trek: Enterprise,” “Star Trek: Voyager,” and “Star Trek: Deep Space Nine,” among others. On stage, Itzin was nominated for a Tony Award for his performance in “The Kentucky Cycle,” Robert Schenkkan’s sprawling look at the American West. His films included “Lincoln,” “The Ides of March” and “Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.” Itzin is survived by his wife, Judie, his two children, Wilke and Julia, and a grandson, Wylder Gregory. https://variety.com/2022/tv/news/gregory-itzin-dead-dies-24-president-logan-1235311835/

  6. I think it’s a dick joke, his six pack is north of his dick, AKA “the Tower”, the last time he saw either of “them” (his six pack and his dick) 15 years ago. Otherwise, yes the campus buildings known as the “Six Pack” are indeed south of the Tower on the South Mall. https://www.virtually-anywhere.net/tours/utexas/campus/vtour/index.html
  7. If I’m Hale, I run my routes at about half speed because that weak-armed QB sure as shit isn’t going to get it to me if I’m running full speed. At least he’s been able to work on his, “You Got Mossed!” resume.
  8. F you, Wordle Wordle 385 4/6 ⬜🟨⬜⬜🟨 🟩🟩🟩🟩⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  9. It’s funny that III has one of the most iconic lines in the trilogy, hell, one of the most famous in movie history.
  10. Whoa now, let’s see Hale dominate TAPPS like Chase Lane! TAPPS is full of some pipe hittin’ MFers.

  12. Is Hale ok with not getting #8? Because he’s not getting it here his freshman year.
  13. I know this is sacrilege for me to admit, but I think I must have watched The Godfather Saga when it aired, so sometimes it’s hard for me to remember what happened in which film (like I sometimes equate Hyman Roth and Moe Green), but then my brain clears up, and I remember, duh, Green is shot in the eye during the baptism scene at the end of I. In case you have no idea what I’m talking about: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Godfather_Saga So much to like in both, Michael taking out the crooked cop and Sollozzo, Appolonia’s smallish but beautiful tits, Sonny beating the shit out of Carlo, the tollbooth, the aforementioned baptism, etc. in Part 1, and in Part 2, young Vito Andolini (yay!) is misnamed at Ellis Island, Vito’s ascent, revenge on Don Ciccio, Michael’s Vegas adventure, the fucknut Senator crying like a bitch, trotting out the brother during the testimony… I’ll give it to the original by hair on Mama Corleone’s chin.
  14. Damn, double meaning (Children of the Corn/Nebraska and a red-headed fuck nut). Nice work! Malachai!
  15. RIP Jimmy Caan, one of the great partakers of what Hugh was serving up daily at the Playboy Mansion (I believe Caan actually lived there for long stretches). Some great roles, one in arguably the greatest theatrical movie ever made, and the co-lead in perhaps the most impactful made for TV movie ever, Brian’s Song. I always appreciated how he threw a bone to Wes Anderson when no one knew WA would become a leading filmmaker. Caan seemed like a cool dude.
  16. And a concussion and AC joint tear for your QB. But dammit, we got the first down, yay Hero Ball!
