AUSTIN, Texas – An additional kickoff time and television window assignments for five other games of Texas Football's 2025 schedule were announced by ESPN and the Southeastern Conference (SEC) Wednesday afternoon.
Texas' home game against Vanderbilt (presented by H-E-B) will kick off at 11 a.m. CT on Saturday, Nov. 1, at DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium and will broadcast on either ABC or ESPN. The TV window assignments were also revealed for games versus Florida (Oct. 4), Kentucky (Oct. 18), Mississippi State (Oct. 25), Georgia (Nov. 15) and Arkansas (Nov. 22). TV network designations will be announced at a later date for those games.
All SEC-controlled games starting with Week 4 (Sept. 20) have set television windows, with select games tagged as Flex games between the Afternoon and Night windows. Designating windows for all games after Week 3 prior to the start of the season is a benefit of the rights agreement between the Southeastern Conference and ESPN which kicked off last fall.
The windows for Weeks 4-14 are defined as: Early (11 a.m. to 12 p.m. CT start); Afternoon (2:30 to 3:30 p.m. CT start); Night (5 to 7 p.m. CT start); and Flex (Games flexed between the Afternoon and Night windows). For all listed windows, the exact start time within them will be confirmed no later than six days prior to the game unless otherwise noted.
Texas' Week 6 SEC opener at Florida on Saturday, Oct. 4, is slated for a Flex start time (2:30-3:30 p.m. or 5-7 p.m. CT) at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium in Gainesville.
During Week 8, the Horns will travel to Lexington, Ky., to take on the Kentucky Wildcats on Saturday, Oct. 18, with a Night start time (5-7 p.m. CT) at Kroger Field.
Texas continues its road swing on Week 9 with a trip to Starkville, Miss., to face Mississippi State on Saturday, Oct. 25, with a Flex start time (2:30-3:30 p.m. or 5-7 p.m. CT) at Davis Wade Stadium.
Coming off a bye week, Texas wraps up its SEC road schedule during Week 12 as the Longhorns travel to Athens, Ga., for a clash verus Georgia on Saturday, Nov. 15, with a Flex kickoff time (2:30-3:30 p.m. or 5-7 p.m. CT) at Sanford Stadium.
In Week 13, the Longhorns host longtime Southwest Conference foe, the Arkansas Razorbacks (presented by American Airlines), on Saturday, Nov. 22, with a Flex start time (2:30-3:30 p.m. or 5-7 p.m. CT) from DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium.
