  1. To put it honestly, at this moment we can't hit the broad side of a barn, and they're running us into the ground. Fix both or get destroyed.
  2. Booker off, tons of misses inside, poor transition D...that about covers it for now.
  3. I picked a good time to quit caring nearly as much as I used to. You guys have fun with it.
  4. I enjoy watching cocky pitchers get lit up. Thanks, Tyler.
  5. Not even competitive. Some hard questions need to be answered right now.
  6. I have grave doubts about this team's coaching and on-field leadership. Too much ongoing stupidity. Go get on the bus.
  7. These girls had better find their bats, or this team won't be going anywhere but home. Playing like mentally fragile frontrunners, which is sad for a squad with great talent.
  8. Back to our unclutch ways so far. Start driving the ball and making fewer mistakes and you'll have a lot better chance of living up to your ranking.
  9. Meatball served up tepid. And mashed like a potato.
  10. Just hope we get that kind of D against NC State. And a way better version of Booker. We'll need both. Don't know why Maddie kept deferring on offense, but she didn't seem comfortable at all last night. Maybe Vic was demanding she feed the bigs, but she obviously could have overpowered Gonzaga's perimeter D if she wanted to. Hard for me to imagine early foul trouble is all that threw her into that funk for the rest of the game. Didn't see any post-game comments about that, but perhaps one of you did.
  11. I didn't pull out the quotes in which Ejim and one of the Truong sisters basically said it wasn't our D...they just failed to run their sets. Pretty delusional take.
  12. Poor Zags didn't see what Texas' D did to them, even after it was all over. Something tells me they wouldn't enjoy playing in the B12. https://www.spokesman.com/stories/2024/mar/29/gonzaga-women-go-cold-in-first-half-of-69-47-loss-/
  13. OK, take it on home. Nobody (else) hurt, Booker finds her stroke...and we're ready for Sunday.
  14. I doubt the Zags have faced this kind of perimeter pressure all year. I'm thinking the strain is more than they can bear.
  15. They are in no way, shape or form a physical match for us. The refs need to let 'em play. .
  16. Really need an XBH here, Reese. If it's not too much to ask.
  17. Occasional walks and too many dribblers have become our new offense. I don't much care for it.
  18. Time to maybe start driving the ball and post a crooked number. Just for old times' sake.
