  1. Career has just returned us to Texas and we are in Kessler Park. I'd join in.
  2. Why is she still following UT Football tweets is the better question.
  3. Haven't been since pre-Irma. No Idea what/who is there presently. Should be pretty prime Tarpon fishing presently.
  4. For cutting ability he's up there with Emmitt, Barry, and Gale. Gale may be who his overall style is most like but without the top end speed.
  5. It was like a weekly thing and they always turned the fountain on once the greeting pleasantries were done so I never heard anything of note.
  6. Rented the house directly behind Ann's, on Longview, in the 80s. Really weird when Barbara Jordan and Ann were in Ann's backyard and you could hear two of the most iconic voices in Texas until they turned on the fountain which was always within a few minutes.
  7. You making any time to wet a line? https://www.fishkeywest.com/calendar/april/
  8. Asheville and stay at Grove Point Inn.
  9. Except the orange idiot gets off to people willing to die for him but moreover his money comes from the hospitality industry and he's got big loans coming due. He cared far more about his interests than the people's better interest. His thoughts on COVID never went beyond needing to get people back in his properties.
  10. Read up here- https://generatorbible.com/blog/ BTW- generators less than$3K are on the Texas emergency supplies tax holiday until 12 o'clock tonight. https://www.nbcdfw.com/news/nbc-5-responds/stock-up-on-emergency-supplies-during-tax-free-weekend-2/2613634/
  11. Pfizer #2 yesterday morning. Fine yesterday but couldn't get out of bed until nearly 10am this morning. No fever but feel like I'm recovering from a brutal and really long workout and I have zero energy. Everyone does know that if they need pain relievers to take acetaminophen and not ibuprofen? Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory and the vaccines work via inflammation response. I have a Terry Black's order to pickup this afternoon to force me to move.
  12. Great song, that whole album was great and overshadowed by the MTV hit. Did you know he was the music director for TED talks for a decade and recently is/was a professor of the arts at John Hopkins? He is also widely considered the father of steam punk.
  13. 2005 Columbus vs 2020 Columbus isn't too far off of 1995 Austin vs 2010 Austin except 2020 Columbus is just now a hair beyond 2000 Austin. 1990 Austin to 2005 Austin is a closer comparison.
  14. I was guessing typo otherwise he omitted the word was. Who told him they felt Card was better on the day?
  15. I don’t associate tarpon with shallow water. Snook would be a better choice.
  16. AKA doomsday prepper guy who became protester guy 3 weeks into the pandemic because he couldn't go to Golden Corral or get a haircut.
  17. Many Texas farms have them, with 3/4 bath and laundry attached, to take off boots/dirty clothes and clean up before entering the house.
  18. It is already happening enough to make VP level ESG(environmental, sustainability, governance) officers a rapidly growing field in corporate America.
  19. He’s a former Marines logistics guy that specializes in executive relocation moves. I’m sure the wife’s new employer’s bill is going to be over $50K. Crew of 6 taking 4 days to pack and load on this end. https://showtimerelocations.net/ He having ARI build him a bigger cab presently. He’s got some pretty cool specialized moving equipment like giant roadie boxes basically made into file boxes for art, mirrors, and flat screen TVs that roll into the truck.
  20. This is the rig returning us to Texas after nearly a decade in the Midwest.
  21. The accused female captain was hundreds of miles away at the helm of another vessel.
  22. Got first Pfizer jab last week. Sore arm on day two was my only issue.
  23. 5K posts in three years? You industrious sob.
  24. Scott Wilson would be the other member of the Wild Bunch that should be easy to find info on. He's likely in his 70s now.
