How much more fucking stupid are we willing to be?
I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess "a lot more stupid", Chooky.

I already told you, even if the House flips, it doesn't matter.
House will impeach.
No matter what the evidence reveals, the Senate will acquit.
But that's a good thing. It's not the best thing, but it's a brighter light, and that matters. What will matter more is whether or not any voter momentum will be maintained into 2020.

You don't get to lay out a long history of equivocation and knob-slobbing and then act like it didn't happen just because the website changed.

Well, it's not spelled "Now's Drug" for a reason.

Disclosing it would have been the right thing to do. Who gives a fuck about the reaction? There's a right and a wrong here. Hannity did it wrong. No reputable journalist or editor, or publisher would say otherwise.
sheeeeeeeit's head would have popped off if this story were identical except for "Rachel Maddow".

I just don't take him seriously and don't understand why anyone would want to elevate him in a serious political discussion unless it was to undermine the legitimate concerns of the conservative movement. He's a nutcase and a "shit human being" I'm sure.
Are you talking about Alex Jones or Donald Trump?

I can't wait for the Donald's rage once he realizes he can't fire Gorsuch.

If you go back and look at any patent search opinions or validity/infringement opinions, they should be marked "Attorney-Client Privileged-Do Not Distribute To Third Parties" or similar and validity/infringement opinions should have an introductory section on what can be done with the opinion to avoid waiving privilege.
Yeah, I wasn't thinking about patent work. Good catch. Anyway, thanks.

I've never hired an attorney and only had one hired for me once in an insurance claim case. Do attorneys counsel their clients about the ease with which they might destroy this privilege?

Maybe Mark Weaver can take over for Alex.

Every accusation is a confession. Just repeat that to yourself every time a Republican accuses someone else of any sort of bad behavior.
Weird. My wife is very smart but not a news hound. This morning I was telling her about the Hannity brouhaha and she said "it just seems like everything they accuse others of doing they are doing themselves, but in secret". Bingo.

Really nice playing by Darden. Man, I absolutely love that song (posted Aretha's version above). I'm thinking it's getting bumped into my Top 10 for the eventual desert island.
It is SUCH a classic Bacharach tune. Tremendous chord voicings and a tricky melody that just floats on top. Wow.

<not even close to an attorney> I would hope it would be far more difficult for a client to blow attorney-client privilege out of the water than it would be for an attorney. One is expected to know the law, one isn't. Am I close?

Riiiiiight.
Only a Trumpkin could see increasingly interlinked evidence between Russia, Trump, and Fox and blow it off with "Riiiiiight". Congratulations, you're a pawn.

Just heard on radio, Trump is stalling sanctions against Russia. He's not comfortable with the severity of the sanctions and is pissed that we kicked out more diplomats than France and Germany did.
As if we actually reduced the number of Russian diplomats in the US.

Google reverse search says "John Prine & Bruce Springsteen", both of which are obvious . . . but isn't that Dylan on the right?

The front entry of Pancho's used to have a little counter where you could buy 4 "beef" tacos for a dollar. In college I would order 8 tacos and it never seemed to occur to me that I was probably eating horse thyroid.
