  1. Yep - Shalhoob’s @ The Market
  2. Pliny the Younger appears to be so plentiful nowadays that I just accidentally found some at a public market place in Santa Barbara
  3. Also if looking for beer there, check out Yellow Belly Taproom. Great beer selection. They are also tapping Pliny the Younger today. I realize I could have it every day of this trip if I were so inclined.
  4. 20th anniversary Pliny the Younger imo
  5. This is not UTEP. There are rules
  6. I just got turned on to Joey Valence and Brae. They really nail the early to mid 90s Beastie Boys sound and vibe (including the humor) and their videos are especially fun as they even nail the very specific aesthetics of that time and tropes of those videos. Fun stuff. They have a shit ton of videos on their channel.
  7. No, not really...
  8. As planned, Kansas City-style burnt ends as the appetizer Followed by the clone recipe we found for sesame chicken ala San Francisco’s House of Nanking (delicious!) My wife also made a cookie cake for the group. The sketchy icing job on the team names is my fault Plus there were Kansas City area and Bay area beers consumed

  10. I am the walrus
  11. My wife really likes 903’s various fruit/slushy beers and LOVES The Golden Girls so I got her this fruit slushy as a Valentine’s gift
  12. Is there going to be another video of him from a long hallway?
  13. We are doing Kansas City-style burnt ends as an appetizer and a sesame chicken dish as the main course via a recipe that is supposed to mimic the sesame chicken at House of Nanking in San Francisco. Also Kansas City area vs. Bay area beers will be consumed.
  14. She was on the Jumbotron?
  15. Somewhere, David Pollack is punching his unwoke pillow
  16. Tremendous. So glad to have him back but also so bittersweet that this is it.
  17. Whoa, whoa. No way Bells is bigger than Waimea, bro!
  18. I have always been a MUCH bigger fan of Band Aid’s “Do They Know It’s Christmas” as a song (at least one I will listen to at Christmas time) but I will concede (as I did to my wife as we watched this) that the slate of USA For Africa’s artists had much longer staying power/revere than Band Aid’s artists have. Having said that, watching this doc was the first time I have listened to “We Are The World” in…a decade? Plus?
  19. He’s also the “aggys ooze” author
  20. And just for reference since it was deleted
  21. I actually previously felt bad for the guy when he got the boot when McAfee and his big ass contract showed up. Previously…but not so much anymore. Also, update on his prior tweet:
  22. What about bitching about bitching about bitching?
  23. Here’s a look at the “Musers Live Room”
