And here our military command took up the challenge. Our military can’t be satisfied with a second place at the mental disability contest. They took up the challenge, and they DID IT. They achieved the shell hunger. It’s impossible, unbelievable, but these fantastic people did the impossible – they f*cked up everything.
In Krasyni Luch, there are two large groups of warehouses, the “dynamite warehouse” and the warehouse for the pyrotechnic plant in Petrovskoye – two places specifically designed for storing explosives, with all the safety measures. All artillery ammunitions brought into the city were put into one convenient pile, close to the railway station. And everything went up in the air from one hit, destroying nearby streets. At least you managed to pull trains away from the station.
And next on the list are Snezhnoye and other less known places, and the many hours of explosions I’ve heard with my own ears. Now it is not the Ukrainian army that has the shell hunger, which was predicted by media-prostitute Shurygyn, but now we have shell hunger. It’s a second one – we just switched from the deficit 122mm to 152mm caliber, and now again.
You won’t convince your soldiers that you are such idiots. That you are such idiots that you believed our idiotic propaganda that UAF has no rockets left to reach the warehouse. Such idiots that you decided “Well, they won’t do that again, probably” and continued piling the ammunitions.
I'm guessing "shell hunger" is "shortage of artillery shells.

NYT broke the story.
He will not testify in public but will do a videotaped and transcribed interview. Won't discuss conversations with Trump except for one on Jan 3rd. Conversations with other WH staff appears to be fair game.

I would venture a guess that's because she seemingly has less power than the DOJ. Maybe that's wrong, but to the non-lawyers, it feels like the DOJ should be able to swing a bigger hammer than the DA for Fulton County.
She has a narrower scope so things can move along more quickly as a result.

hope? a good 🧵was not aware of the georgia pardon process. interesting.
Even if the Georgia governor had the ability to pardon it wouldn't come from Kemp.

Well, initially, you would consider issuing a subpoena to where someone legally resides, which for him would be SC.
He may certainly "be found" or be domiciled in DC, which would probably be fully legal. But, legislators enjoy a shit ton of immunity from service of things like subpoenas, so that might be a big pain in the ass.
Yeah was wondering about that.
Regardless I think he sings like a canary (and the rest will too after going through some bullshit).

Subpoenas usually have some sort of territorial limitations, initially. For a state court, it's usually the state itself.
However, because of the Full Faith and Credit clause of the constitution, there are usually ways to make subpoenas effective for out-of-state or otherwise out of jurisdiction witnesses.
In many cases, they are directed to a court that has jurisdiction over the witness and that court then assumes jurisdiction over the subpoena and either issues its own or a similar order that the witness comply with the subpoena, with whatever "inconvenience" mitigation things (travel fees, etc.) the court orders or provided by state law. Nominally, the local court can refuse to enforce the subpoena if it would somehow offend the sovereignty of the state, but, historically, that doesn't happen very often.
These days, if a Fulton County grand jury subpoena hit a Magat judge in South Carolina for Lindsey Ladybugs, it wouldn't surprise me at all if that judge refused to enforce it.
Except he's in DC most of the time and I don't think there are many MAGA judges there...
But I could be wrong about this. Not a lawyer just a dude with a keyboard.

Not a law dog, but can Georgia extradite him for ignoring a subpoena?
Not a lawdog either but I can use Google.
Short answer - yes.

Odo has similar stats to Josh Fields when he was traded. Let’s get it done and find another Yordan Alvarez type prospect

Bit of a necrobump.
Got my Moderna booster in December '21 (reduced dose). Was supposed to get my third draw in March when I did my annual physical but was sick of getting poked so procrastinated until yesterday.
N protein: Negative
S protein: >2500 out of range
Think I'll wait on the second booster until they get the new variants in the cocktail.
