  1. I follow 247 for portal. https://247sports.com/season/2026-football/transferportal/?institutionkey=24028
  2. Sark got the message from the committee (quote from his press conference today is below). So we just have to have as good or better record than some teams that have much easier schedules. "One thing we've learned under the current format, we've got to win more games and we've got to win the games that are right in front of us. And it doesn't matter how hard your schedule is, that doesn't matter. It matters what your record is."
  3. Crazy what Cignetti has done with the 72 ranked roster talent according to https://247sports.com/season/2025-football/collegeteamtalentcomposite/ I'm amazed no big school poached him
  4. I think someone is still keeping this updated. Time to go all in 2026 like ohio state did last year. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TzoBTIvCXfZIk7Sz3C9txMg0yPvrXyVM/edit?usp=drivesdk&ouid=107685647752024093884&rtpof=true&sd=true
  5. Ole Miss is a lame duck playoff team now. Sucks for them. Kiffin clearly doesn't care about winning a national title.
  6. We played Michigan last year...hopefully we get a new matchup.
  7. So we move up 2 or 3 spots after beating the #3 team in the country? Neat.
  8. Good bounce back after looking dead in the water after the Florida loss. The committee basically uses the old BCS rankings and they can't shake the loss column even if 2 losses are to the #1 and #3 teams in the country. Only way a 3 loss team gets in would be total chaos tomorrow - like 6 upsets. All I want is for LSU to somehow upset ou.
  9. Need to replace Elko with slimer here.
  10. This. Our schedule is fairly similar to Ole Miss with one glaring difference. We played Ohio State and they played Washington State. We can keep scheduling big time OOC games, but don't be surprised when we miss the playoffs with 3 losses. The committee has a tough time getting over the WIN-LOSS column and the old way of comparing teams. Scheduling disparity is a problem in college football and won't be fixed anytime soon.
  11. Doesn't matter, they won't reverse the suspension. At least I have never heard of that happening. No accountability.
  12. Anyone except an sec team or tech.
  13. This is what I'm thinking the playoff scenarios are for us: Best case: beat agy and jawja = 1st round bye and 2 seed Mid case: lose agy = likely play indiana or something in the first round @ indiana Worst case: beat agy, but lose to jawja = extra game + lower seed likely playing indiana or something in first round
  14. Does Auburn just rush the field no matter who they beat at home?
