  1. Show started off fun, struggled to the end. C+ finale was not great
  2. The weirdos are definitely gonna redo The Last Of Us with an Ellie they find more attractive
  3. How long until AI pushes some nutcase over the edge. There are definitely going to be some AI-written manifestos in the very near future.
  4. While looking for something to watch last night came across this, which is from 2022 it’s 4 1 hour episodes, watched 2 so far and have enjoyed. I can’t believe I’d never heard about this (show and the story) before now.
  5. I’m 95% sure whoever Arsenal sign, if healthy, Kai will be the 9 to start the season. Sesko’s name is easier to spell, so he is my choice at this point. I’ll be happy with either though.
  6. Sounds like a Gabriel extension thru 2030 is about done, Excellent.
  7. Yes the internet, the compromise will be you can only buy weed with Trump crypto.
  8. Thankfully I’d never heard of him prior to this. What a fucking drama donkey
  9. This vandalizing Tesla is a bit much…..watches video….. LOL I gonna sue the police for defacing my truck by place a parking violation on it.
  10. Also, Manu lost to something called the ASEAN All-Stars, 1-0.
  11. Having shitty Fox with broadcast rights doesn’t help. They are awful. Rob Stone is fine, but Lalas is fucking horrible so is Stu Holden. They will probably force Toucan Lloyd on us too I miss promos like this.
  12. OK, the signings are so bad I just had to go back and verify. Transfermkt has a nice breakdown. Might be able to add Vierra to the list of attackers, but I feel like when he played (and he sucked) it was more in a mid field role. They had all last summer to address this, and our haul over 2 windows was a backup 8 Merino and a backup often injured LB, Calafiore and the Sterling loan. Either Edu was handcuffed or completely inept. Here is hoping the new guy is better at loosening the purse strings and signing some players that will help them score goals.
  13. Im pretty sure we discussed that a bit ago in the 24/25 thread and everyone was still team Arteta. Arsenal had a nice consistent climb going for 3 years until this season, see The culprit is pretty clear for this season's drop, injuries and Arteta/Edu/The Board's absolute failure to sign attacking players. Over 4 years the've signed Jesus, Trossard and a shitty 6 month loan for Sterling. Unbelievable. I cant imagine any top ~10 team has had worse/less additions up top. Meanwhile, they stockpile LB/RB like you can play with 6 at a time. The neglect and poor squad mgmt caught up to them this season. It sounds like this will finally be addressed this summer, 2 years too late, and assuming it is MA also has to trust his bench more. Saka doesn't need to be playing 90 when they are up 5-1 on Sporting Lisbon or 4-0 at Southampton, or 3-0 vs Monaco or 4-1 vs Leicester City, etc...
  14. Wait, we've been told multiple times, in this thread, that injuries arent an excuse and they even out. So 17th is who Spurs are. That seems pretty awful.
  15. White, Timber, Calafirore, Gabriel, Tierney, Tomiaysu, Zinchenko, Odegard, Merino, Saka, Jesus, Kai all missed significant time. The Arsenal injuries kept them from competing for the title (still likely don't win it, but I think it comes down to the last week or 2). TBF, Spurs did have more injuries than I realized, probably the difference in them finishing 17th and 12th, maybe even as high as 10th. But the good news is, thanks to beating ManU in the europa league, Spurs are stuck with Ange to start next season.
  16. We will just have to agree to disagree on that. Arsenal were extremely fortunate with injuries last season compared to this season, it made a huge difference. As for that 36 #, it can only be total injuries, not players. Arsenal Roster was only like 24.
  17. I can't even keep up with what exactly you guys are arguing anymore. That chart that keeps getting posted shows Arsenal had worse injuries than anyone good enough to finish top 7. But the chart also leaves out a lot of context, like who was injured, which is kind of an important data point. I did a quick look at the Brentford injuries on Transkamarket, it appears most of their injuries come from guys who wouldn't even be starting if they were healthy.
  18. I made it all the way thru FoY. It is so over the top it’s basically like Naked Gun, minus the comedy.
