  6. At Texas game Saturday: Wife: Look at so-and-so Me: where? Wife: He's standing at the 51 yard line I was speechless for one of the few times that she has uttered something deserving of this thread. I was mainly making sure nobody else heard her. A little background- we've been together 30 years. I have watched, attended, and coached in countless thousands of football games that entire time. We have 2 sons that have played a combined 26 seasons of football games, of which she has missed maybe 5 games in that entire time. I have watched Canadian football from time to time but she hasn't
  7. They can always say the defense drew them off or go with "disconcerting signals"...thanks a lot Jimbo
  8. Hey financial planner whose dad did windows for a hundred bucks a window when other guys would charge four or five hundred bucks a window- I think your old man would say get rid of that ridiculous mustache
  9. It may have been covered but I'm not reading 50 pages, but the last 40 seconds or so of the first half was bothersome to me. Wyoming had a 4th and 2 coming at roughly their 45 with a running clock, we had 2 timeouts left. I was expecting a timeout call as soon as the 3rd down play ended but it wasn't called. Wyoming kept the offense on the field and the coaches just stood their watching the time tick down, Wyoming called time as the play clock approached 0 and punted to end the half at 10-7. To me that showed a lack of confidence in both the defense and the offense. Wyoming had no intention of running a play and Sark wouldn't call their bluff. If they punt and pin us deep then congrats and we can run out the clock. If they punt poorly we have decent field position with 30ish seconds and a timeout. If they punt a returnable ball then give X a chance to make a play. If they run a play then make a stop and get great field position. And we were getting the ball to start the 3rd so it was a chance to get a couple unanswered scores and get some separation on the scoreboard. I'm not sure what Sark's thinking was there but it certainly wasn't All Gas No Brakes
  10. I'll have to check that out, Al Snow is hilarious

  12. Yeah I'm not sure if we did or not. But the word definitely fucking with our tempo efforts repeatedly
  13. There was a play where Wyoming was subbing and instead of the guys jogging off when they saw who was coming in, the ref held up the snap so long that the subs jogged all the way to their position and then the guys coming out trotted off the field...I've never seen that before. Freaking ridiculous...
  14. Hey at least Tunsil won't get any holding or false start penalties today
