  1. Republicans don’t love Trump in spite of these things. they love him because of these things. that’s how you own the libs.
  2. word. my 4 part test for a great cheeseburger: 1. Need Napkins (Plural) - grease needs to be rolling down my wrist by the end 2 It Can Stand on its Own - it is just as good, or even better, plain - maybe add a condiment 3. Molten Cheese - not melted, molten. you can't tell where the burger ends and the cheese begins 4. I Can See My Reflection in the Bun - self explanatory
  3. meat/bread/molten cheese/condiment the end. i like it.
  4. When I see the President of the United States spending his days engaging in juvenile name calling and accusing others of crimes with no factual basis whatsoever while tens of thousands of people die on his watch, there’s really only one thing that comes to mind: Donald Trump is doing a great job. Signed, @Johnny Sack, and 100% of Republicans
  5. i think its the opposite: i assume that anyone (or at least the overwhelming majority of them, I suppose some of them could be honestly considering a third party vote) who says that they are "undecided" at this point is either a Republican/Trump voter who is lying, or is a Trump voter who has enough snap and is embarrassed enough to admit that they will be voting for the biggest piece of shit on the planet.
  6. And this is what Republicans love about him.
  7. thank you for the comments - i don't think i would have known that otherwise. i will say, the consistency i was going for was somewhere between soup-like as you described, and the end result that you see in the picture. but, I don't have a pressure cooker, and i had already added water to the pot 2 or 3 times on the back end, more than the recipe called for, trying to get the lentils soft enough, and was worried about diluting the flavor too much. so i agree - it was thicker than i was intending - but the flavor was great.
  8. and this time around they have the full support of the entire GOP to do it.
  9. 100% of Republicans nod their heads in agreement
  10. deshebrada tacos with refried white beans
  11. the result would be, let’s see ... enthusiastic approval by 100% of Republicans
  12. I have had this thought at many, many points over the past three years. And nothing really happens. And then we all move on to the next thing.
  13. I’d put the chances of Trump winning with manipulated results at well north of 80%. And nothing of consequence will happen. Sure, there will be lots of outrage, but a few months (or weeks) after the illegitimate “election”, the attention of the public and the media will have moved on to the next set of treason, criminality or abject failure by Trump and his Republican sycophants. Everyone will be talking about how to replace Trump in 2024. There haven’t been any meaningful consequences for any of it to date - so why would this be any different? We passed the point where widespread violence is justified to remove Trump and other Republicans from office a long, long time ago. Another rigged election will just be another thing that they can, and will, get away with.
  14. it’s not just that the food looks bad - - real bad. it’s that it looks like a six year old cooked and served it. well, that and the fact that someone posted it and thought it was something that was sure to impress.
  15. check out that fucking delicious looking sandwich - is that a (maybe hanger) steak bahn mi, or ... ?
  16. assuming there is a fair election process. i'll take the under on that.
  17. gujarati dal with star anise, honey, and fried peanuts and curry leaves
  18. hard to move up the approval ratings much when it’s already at 100% among Republicans
  19. now realize that not only are Republicans not embarrassed by this, they actually think this is what great leadership looks like.
  20. or that virtually all Republicans would be perfectly fine with it. we all know they would be.
  21. “Oh, I do wish he’d tone down the Twitter a bit, but really, Trump is doing a great job.” -Republicans
  22. and significantly worse starting in about 6 months after Trump is re-elected in a sham and getting 5+ million fewer (actual) votes. the corruption, gross ineptitude, criminality and cronyism we are seeing now will pale in comparison.
  23. do share - did you use a recipe for that or sort of make it up as you went? ive been trying to formulate a mushroom dish along those lines to put over creamy polenta
