Florida State can fuck off
No matter how you seed the games or who you put in them, the odds of all three games being great are very low.

Florida State can fuck off
The nice thing about a 4 team playoff is that the regular season matters. When they expand to 12 teams next year, that won't be the case and even undefeated teams like FSU will get in.

Florida State can fuck off
Alabama wasn't exactly setting the world on fire against USF, Auburn, aggy, and Arkansas. Plus they lost a game. Seems close enough that it probably would have been better to put the undefeated ACC champ into the playoffs. I get that the ACC was a dead conference walking, anyway, but it at least had a few years left.

Florida State can fuck off
They had that argument yesterday, but now that the ACC has had an undefeated champ not be able to get into a 4 team playoff, I think it's fair to say the ACC is no longer a P5 conference.

Tell me about Nebraska
They could have got a transfer quarterback for that kind of change.

Deion Sanders "Coach Prime" Now At Colorado
If I got a new boss and had to sit through a presentation about how we all suck and the replacements are coming before any of us had even met him, I'd probably go get a job elsewhere. But I guess if my employer was as awful as a 1-11 football team, I'd probably find work elsewhere before the new boss even showed up.

Bert!
I saw the thread title and figured this was about that fat fucker at Illinois.

Deion Sanders "Coach Prime" Now At Colorado
I think Colorado would have won 8 games against Northwestern's schedule.

The Home Stretch - Big 12 Championship Scenarios
Seeding is going to make a big difference in a 12 team playoff, and I'd imagine a conference championship with only one loss would put you in pretty good position to get a first round bye.

The Home Stretch - Big 12 Championship Scenarios
Maybe. Michigan spent a lot of time being mediocre to awful between Carr and Harbaugh. Maybe they go back to that when Harbaugh eventually leaves or gets fired.

The Home Stretch - Big 12 Championship Scenarios
Well, they should miss if they end up in a 3 way tie, because that's what the stupid rules say. Changing the rules shouldn't be possible during the season.

The Home Stretch - Big 12 Championship Scenarios
If they explained it now, it would be harder to make it up as they go.

The Home Stretch - Big 12 Championship Scenarios
Yeah, the Big 12 has already changed the rule once. What stops them from changing the rules again to put whoever they want into the game?

The Home Stretch - Big 12 Championship Scenarios
It is one of the worst performances of the year, but it's also not OSU's worst performance of the year.

Texas vs tcu - 6:30pm on ABC
I like the no call there. I guess there is a pretty good case for defensive holding, but the receiver didn't even know where the ball was, and I hate calls that bail out terrible football plays.

The Preseason Polls are F'n Stupid, But Here We Are Thread
The rules let them keep playing overtimes until they finally get that point, so it's more of a formality.

K-State up 21-10 on UCF. Might get ugly if UCF doesn't score this drive.

Deion Sanders "Coach Prime" Now At Colorado
No, because then it would have been head to head with Texas/Alabama. 11 am is the second best ratings slot they have.
