  1. The week to week change in the betting market is interesting. Going into last week Fanduel had the line at Texas -1.5 over Ohio State based on a sample size of 13-14 games for both teams (now at -6, give or take half a point). That's a ton of movement in a week without a QB injury or a cluster of injuries at a position A lot of professional gamblers would bet Texas there just for that inherent value between the moving average and the current line
  2. Not that I'm aware of. The model nerds seemingly don't want to subjectively tinker with their models for injuries, which are difficult to quantify in college football. The best you'll get is someone on a gambling show saying how much they adjusted their power ranking, or just watching for betting line adjustments

    2025 NFL Draft

The top non-QBs are thought to be weaker than usual in the top five or so

    2025 NFL Draft

Mara had this thumb on the scale for the Jones extension
  5. My bad, I misread and thought you were talking about for next year
  6. It's the NFL. Almost anything can be fixed in a season. Add a new OL coach who fits with the (hopefully new) OC and who knows what he's doing, add a new body or two, and the OL could see a dramatic improvement Pittsburgh, LAC, and Denver are all winnable
  7. I think they need to sign a free agent to immediately start at guard, and they also need to draft an OL early to eventually replace Mason, who's been playing injured all year and who may or may not return to form Also useful high in the draft would be a high upside DT and another TE

  9. I think he's an NFL starter, just not a good one right now
  10. The regression of Stroud is a fucking alarming disaster. Nothing else matters if he's not going to be at least a top ten QB type, if not the top five type we were hoping he'd be. He was trying to overcome shit OL and OC in the season, but now he's seeing ghost and is inaccurate, and seems to have the yips on easy dumpoffs This offseason needs to be about un-fucking Stroud, which probably starts with replacing the OC and OL coach, but also probably includes adding an OG and another WR (can't rely on Dell going forward, and not sure if you need a diva like Diggs) Fuck
  11. Show wasn’t good, but the cliffhanger mystery was interesting
  12. I'm assuming the play design didn't have two guys running deep into the same spot, so I'm guessing this guy ran the wrong route, and then, of course, KOd Dell for the year
  13. A lot of phantom calls benefiting KC in this one
  14. That was a double pick play Of course, KC doesn't get called
  15. Houston just isn't good enough to beat both KC and the refs Some other teams might be good enough for that, but this version of Houston isn't
  16. Howard was looking backwards at the snap there Clownshow
  17. Holy fuck What a garbage offensive PI call Fuck these idiots
  18. What makes this worse is KC is excellent at defending WR screens. It shouldn't be in the playbook this week
  19. Game changing call benefits KC. Drink
  20. Obvious hold on the TD, but I'll take it
  21. He's trying to set up a WR screen pass, but it's not worth it if it keeps setting your offense back
  22. KC is elite at tackling WR screens, so of course we waste several snaps on the first several drives on them
  23. Dana is closer to run of the mill average than terrible We’re spoiled after having two sharp GMs (Luhnow and Click) Not keeping Click was an obvious inflection point
