  1. Enerson can't improve and likely has no time to go again. He will be out. 10ish min left for Kimball to try to pass De Silvestro but he needs to find a decent bit of speed to close the gap.
  2. Last row qualifying, five cars and only three make the race. They've all gone once, and Enerson and Kimball are the two outside and in danger. Karam, Power, and De Silvestro are provisionally in the show. Of course it isn't over yet.
  3. Makes sense, but then the timing info shouldn't display times for anyone outside the 30. When you get bumped it should go blank.
  4. Well Simona only has to beat 2 cars tomorrow and one of them is the Top Gun car which is even worse off.
  5. Well now reading the recap on the website it seems Kellet didn't lose his first time. I was listening to the radio feed in the app so maybe they messed up which line he was in. I don't know now.
  6. Man Dalton Kellet has to be furious at his strategists right now. Was in at 30th without having to go again tomorrow, they put him priority line and pulled his time anticipating getting bumped but then he was NOT bumped and then went slower and will now have to fight his way into the race tomorrow. Will Power who was at 31 is the one who benefits and gets to avoid bump day.
  7. Man I hope CBS takes over the contract and does a better job. This qualifying "coverage" is like 80% split screen ads. They only cut back to full screen with commentary for the 4th lap and then right back to split screen.
  8. Ferrari will probably make a bad strategy call and then either Verstappen or Bottas will win.
  9. Probably not many, they spend a ton of time parked at the call while they do the job. And a smaller, lighter EV Ranger would naturally have better range as well. I'm fine with the EV F150 existing, I'm just saying an EV Ranger is the more logical choice from an efficiency and engineering standpoint. I'm sure an EV 150 will sell more, though, which is why they made it.
  10. And the current Rangers, Colorados, and Tacomas are the size that half tons used to be, while half tons are bloated inefficient whales. The Ranger is within a couple inches of a 90s F150, is more powerful and I think has better payload. It's a way more efficient choice for all those service fleet style vehicles. Rangers and Transit vans are better suited for those applications in cities than half-tons are.
  11. They shouldn't be starting with the F150. They should start with an electric Ranger and target the service industry. Pool cleaners, pest control, electric companies, telecom companies, city maintenance crews. Fleet vehicles that spend their lives driving around cities and can charge at night in a central facility of some kind. Road trips and towing aren't going to work with an EV truck for a while.
  12. Grosjean dominated the first half but once he had to go to primary tires he couldn't make them work very well and also had tons of traffic. He's back on the good tires, but unless rain comes and makes things interesting in the final 10 laps it looks like Grosjean will only manage P2. Veekay has done a great job.
  13. My black tank sensor just permanently shows full even if I've just dumped tanks.
  14. If anyone needs a last second gift, Mr. T has you covered.

    Kayaking

Anyone have experience with inflatables? I'm looking at possibly a Sea Eagle 385ft. I'm looking at inflatables because we will mainly use it on RV trips. We pull a small camper with an Expedition SUV. I don't want to deal with putting a kayak on the roof and instead would throw the inflatable pack in the back. Reviews seem good and it looks like it will do what we want for our family, but the only thing I worry about is how they hold up to heat. All the YouTube videos are in mountain areas. Will Texas sun ruin the seams and adhesives used in inflatable kayaks?
  16. They just need to go to the Mario Kart Rainbow Road method. Elevate the track a few dozen feet off the ground, no curbs or railing. Problem solved.
  17. Oh. I guess I've been misreading your posts all this time or confusing them with someone else. Sure, I think it would be great if bad cops could be prevented from getting new jobs elsewhere.
  18. Teachers already have a number in Texas from TEA that would follow them from district to district. If TEA strips your license, you aren't getting that back the next county over. So I'm not sure what it is you are wanting that isn't already in place.
  19. Teachers can lose their license for their state for serious issues. I know of one that did just that. Had to change careers to real estate or something. And that was just for violating rules about the STAAR test. But cops can murder folks and then get hired with another department without much trouble.
  20. Yeah, NBC makes it real hard to enjoy IndyCar. IndyCar has enough problems hanging on to the attention of motorsport fans, outside of the 500 it gets forgotten as a series even when the competition is pretty good. But NBC can be brutal to watch.
  21. You would think so, if you are a rational person with the capacity for compassion and who views black people as fellow humans. I'm just worried that 1 in 12 might not fit that description.
  22. Your old car is unsafe for a toddler but a robot car is not? Okie dokie.
  23. Some state parks simply don't have long enough drives and you would stick out into the road. I have a 20' bunk trailer so we've never found a park we can't fit into, but we've certainly seen spots that wouldn't work for a longer rig. Usually there are at least a few spots long enough for the big trailers, they are just harder to reserve.
  24. Pretty good race, Congrats to Palou. Too bad all the best action happened during side-by-side commercial so it was only on 40% of the screen with no audio.
