  1. he was fantastic in everything, but somehow underrated in shakespeare in love. hilarious.
  2. mad men is the best drama of all time and is ranked as such.
  3. based on this thread, we started line of duty. in early s4 currently and keeps getting better.
  4. if he was faster, we’d complain he was just a track star.
  5. "you do not mess with the special investigators" seems like a phrase you'd put in to help create a drinking game. this is a nice show to watch in between slow horses/line of duty and going to sleep. and i mean that as a a compliment. sort of.
  6. rare that you can read an entire page of a thread and not even know what board you're on. well done.
  7. https://www.netflix.com/tudum/netflix-is-a-joke tickets on sale tomorrow for all shows at all ~30 venues.
  8. i already live in that universe. i saw it in the theaters and haven't given it another thought. actually, i think about it every time i'm scrolling through the guide and think it's beverly hills cop 2 but then look closer and see that it's 3 and keep scrolling. i have a feeling that this is going to be kinda like how michael scott described the evolution of john mclane. axel used to be a savvy detroit cop with street smarts who kinda played by his own rules and had that bugs bunny thing where he ran around and got away with stuff and left his counterparts (bhpd) chasing their tails. now it seems like he's gonna be an action hero. maybe he was in bhc3, but again, i don't recognize that movie.
  9. not to cloak up your cloak, but there were more trump voters in ca (2020) than any other state.
  10. watched the julia roberts thing. was it a great movie? no. but i was bored enough to watch it and it was marginally better than sleeping.
  11. thought there was a thread but guess not. saw a special screening last night at grauman's chinese + q&a afterwards with cooper and one of the producers.
  12. ok, i'm sure this has been addressed, but i haven't read about it. and fuck off to anyone who says, "why can't you just read the thread", because this shit is dense and moves like the wind. what are the rules concerning multiple transfers for a guy? i thought i remembered when this nonsense first started, it was like you could only transfer once and play right away. is this a covid thing, a grad transfer thing, or is it just the wild west and the ncaa can't stop shit?
