Agreed. And Jublilee clearly seeks out far right people that already have a significant presence online. Strictly profiting off of obvious rage bait and normalizing the lunatics. Fuck them.
I feel like this is a very common them with these far-right assholes. They have their own demons, don't know how to manage them, and take it out on everyone else.
You've clearly done a deep dive on Shane Gillis. Glad you like him so much.
From my limited view, it has felt like he's tried to ride that line a little bit politically, while also capturing the Barstool sports bro culture. He rose to fame through Joe Rogan's comedy circle and I've seen Gillis on a couple of painfully unfunny Kill Tony episodes that my BIL asked me to watch. I don't like Joe Rogan or the Kill Tony dude. I think they are really shitty. Gillis might be the outlier, but the company you keep kinda matters to me. So I've chosen to not pay much attention to him.
The only thing that bugs me about Shane Gillis is his association with Joe Rogan. He does have funny bits. I will say that I think stand-up comedy is in its worst era that I can remember.
The defense of him above is crying about the crying. He simply doesn't deserve that kind of white knighting.
Scottie is -6 under on Par 3s so far this week. They talked all week about the difficulty and trouble around the 16th hole...he's birdied it every day.
Watching this again, I think a lot of Scottie's philosophy here is his way of managing pressure as the best player in the world. He's obviously supremely confident in his physical ability, the biggest hurdle is staying in a great head space.
Bogey free round today as the clear favorite. So impressive.
I don't recall every guy who's on LIV now, but right now this is what I see on the leaderboard
Hatton -5 (tied for 8th)
DJ - 3 (tied for 24th)
Bryson, Rahm -2 (tied for 32nd)
Sergio, Westwood E (tied for 51st)
Mickelson +1 (tied for 59th)
