  1. That extra effort paid off big time vs. A&M. Arch is itching to make a big play when his number is called one time. The lesson should be for Sark, not Manning. Don't put him in that position. Arch wouldn't go meathead on an individual play if he knew he'd get more snaps.
  2. Seeing stuff like this go around social media is a reminder of another fuckup by Quinn's agent/team. He was always going pro, but nobody from Quinn's team shot down all these NIL offer rumors. Burton was adamant that he was declaring for the draft, but nothing definitive was said by Ewers until very late. I'd guess his agent probably thought any publicity is good publicity, but it was a completely unnecessary distraction. So now he'll have to deal with this narrative for a long time. So dumb.
  3. I agree, and it probably means teams question his ability to physically make it through a NFL game. Small frame, injury prone, shoddy footwork, and bad pocket presence is a rough combination.
  4. Ignoring full starts and focusing on a handful of snaps where the defense knows what's coming is a choice.
  5. Yeah, the "training wheels" were off when he started two games!
  6. Ok, I've kept my mouth shut but this post touched a nerve. The way Sark deployed Arch at the end of the season was borderline criminal. He had the epic TD run vs. A&M. After that, just a bunch more designed runs that were an invitation for defenses to absolutely tee off on Manning. It was stupid and dangerous to rely that heavily on his athleticism/strength and run the same shit over and over again. Comes in cold off the bench to run a telegraphed play where defenders want to literally knock him out. Seeing the replay of him getting speared and concussed vs. Ohio State was infuriating. Just a huge fuckup by Sark with how he handled Arch after the A&M game.
  7. I get the sense that Quinn's personal team kinda failed him. The dude LOVED playing for SLC. But he reclassifies and skips playing his senior season of HS football, then chases a NIL paycheck to sit 4th string at Ohio State for 3 months. Comes to Texas with guru Sark, but sticks with his personal QB trainer who - from what I can tell - did jackshit to improve his QB abilities over the last 3 years. He was treated and promoted as some sort of prodigy for the last 6-7 yeas. Truly hope he uses this draft debacle as fuel to change his approach to football moving forward. Maybe latching on to McDaniel will help.
  8. Miami is probably the best spot for Quinn. Good for him.
  9. This isn’t complicated. Teams understandably question if he has the physical or mental traits to play QB in the NFL.
  10. It's refreshing to see actual consequences for shitty behavior happening somewhere in this country.
  11. LCD tonight at Emo’s was fantastic. Couldn’t have asked for a better setlist.
  12. He took 18 threes because we were up 10+ the entire game and he was feeling it.
  13. Yeah, we need Game 3 to be another hard fought, physical game that goes 4 quarters. Wearing out Curry, Draymond, and Butler (if he plays) is vital.
  14. 🎵Freedom isn't free. No, there's a hefty fuckin' fee. 🎵
  15. This clip is getting a lot of attention on TikTok. Good.
  16. Pete did a 3 hour interview with obnoxious dumbfuck Andrew Schulz and his clown friends. Good to at least provide a counter to the Trump/right wing shit that is typical with Schulz and other "comedians".
  17. Quinn had a personal QB trainer….something Christensen. He worked with Mahomes as well. Have no further knowledge, but wouldn’t be surprise if Christensen was part of the problem.
  18. This guy is the best of us. We should be honored he wants to be an American citizen, instead Trump and his band of chucklefuck assholes throw him in prison.
  19. There is no cult-like following for Quinn with Texas fans. This thread was basically dormant for the last couple of months. I'd guess most fans think QE ended up an underachiever and a bit of a disappointment, and that's why there's not much of a discussion about his pro prospects.
  20. "Look, Laura Loomer is a beautiful and persuasive woman. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, they say. Someone very smart said it. She calls it a 'Loomjob', ok? She gives a great one, like you wouldn't believe."
