  1. Why is the door open, are we trying to air-condition the whole neighborhood?
  2. Figured that would be the grand finale. After that Strat 0001 sold for 1.8MM, I was thinking MAYBE 2.6 MM or so for the Black Strat, I was way off. (Puts checkbook away...)
  3. And I totally glossed over "Poncho", jesus. Of course it's Alabama.
  4. 2nded for American Graffiti Heavy Metal Fast Times at Ridgemont High
  5. I believe in the family With my ever loving wife beside me But she don't know about my girlfriend Or the man I met last night Do you believe in god 'Cause that's what I'm selling And if you want to get to heaven I'll see you right 'Cause Jesus he knows me And he knows I'm right I've been talking to Jesus all my life Oh yes he knows me And he knows I'm right And he's been telling me Everything is alright
  6. (Most quoted, when the situation arises) Yeah, let's go get sushi and not pay. Seen one eat a rockin' chair one time... Right now we gotta get my car outta this bad area We are gonna get him the HELL... outta there. Find one in every car. You'll see. Nothin' but the best. THEY? Who the hell is they? Why, it must be Italian!

  10. Well, you're never gonna get that spaghetti carbonara recipe now.
  11. Well, who ever it is, he got Chad Briscoe banned. This aggression will not stand, man! (mole is mofo, mofo is mole...)
  12. Thanks, I'll give it a listen. Satellite Rides is actually one of my favorites, Blame It not so much. I like a balance, some of the pop stuff is good if it's done right, but I need my "If My Heart Was a Car" chuggers as well, and pretty much anything Murry does is good with me.
  13. I used to be super-into them, but as I've gotten older, kind of tapered off, just due to life, lack of time, etc. I checked out a couple of their later albums a while back on Spotify and really liked them, will have to give them another listen. My brother was a roadie for them for a while, and they helped us out a lot when he passed, I'll always be thankful to them for that. As for the music, I've always been partial to the early stuff, I guess just because that's when I was most into them. Gonna have to make an effort to go see them live again. Probably my top 3 favs (today, anyway...)
  14. I tried to find a gif about poking the bear, but this seems more appropriate. Actually, since we all know who the mole is, maybe this one.
  15. Yeah no. My daughter went to Rice from 2009-2012 and they sold beer beginning the 2010 season I think inside the stadium, had a place in the north end zone called the Roost, a little beer garden you could drink $7 Miller Lites and watch the game. The next year they moved it to the visitors side upper deck . And I was in Longhorn Band 84-89 and took a trip to Boulder 1988 maybe, they were selling beer in the stadium then. Flip side, took a trip to Provo in 1987 or so and they didn't even sell caffeinated drinks, just Sprite.
