  1. Yeah. Not seeing a lot of seller options from places I’ve used. You could try the Seiko outlet if you happen to be near one.
  2. I too would like to hear everyones antenna plan. I guess FOX is the hardest for me to get and that appears to be included with Vue. NBC is showing fine with a cheap antenna. I'll check ABC and CBS so I may not need much. This is on my main downstairs TV now: TV Antenna, Indoor HDTV Antenna 50 Mile Range Digital Signal Amplifier Booster Free to View, 16 FT Long Cable support 1080P 4k FreeView, Upgraded 2018 Version https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076DWK1XR/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I got one of these and it seems cheap but it seems to work for my upstairs TV. It supposedly has an 80 mile range so my plan is to mount it in the attic and connect via coax dropped in the wall so it isn't an eyesore. 3. I officially quit AT&T today. I did it while I was stuck on Mopac so I wouldn't rage for the long time it takes to get to the point. My bill went from $188 for Uverse + gigapower to like $250. I was pissed. I called yesterday and it took 10 minutes to get to a person and have that person figure out "my promotion period ended after 3 years". I hung up because the gal was a dingbat. I called back when I had more time and got a guy to knock $20 off after 25 minutes of being transferred. I told them I will be changing. We only have two internet providers in the hood: AT&T and Suddenlink. Supposedly SL has upped their game and I should be able to get 1gbs for $85/mo vs $100 for Uverse. I could save $30/mo if I go with 400mbs I am opting for PS Vue so we'll see how this goes. My wife demands: Local channels, college football, HGTV and ID. With an antenna and Vue Core ($45) I should be able to cover her requests. If I miss HBO and want to get that and showtime back I can add later and still be $100 less than AT&T
  4. Officially 100 days in. Started at 240lb (5’9”). Now 209 lb. (Calorie counting with loseit! App and gym which consists of 30 min elliptical + 20 min of weightlifting high reps. It maxing out) Objective measures: Blood pressure 130/86 ->120/76 HbA1C 7.1. -> 6.1 (started metformin) Cholesterol HDL 36->41 (restarted atorvastatin) LDL 165 -> 98 TG 300-> 140 Subjective measures: I feel great. My goal was 200lb by Christmas. I’m ahead of schedule but willing to see how low this takes me.
  5. I believe I read somewhere the clogging issues happen with the finer coffee grounds so it depends on what you buy. Whatever it was, my wife was buying it.
  6. We had the same issue and the clogging was irritating. Went back to two separate makers. As is the usual, when you buy a combo product, you rarely get the best of both. One usually sucks. Instead of a keurig, we got a smaller footprint kcup maker on amazon for 30. Works well. 7. Got my goodr shades in yesterday. Goodr seem good enough but definitely not my favorite. I like some nike veer I got for $40 from big 5 sports more but they are different styles completely. I think my problem with wayfarer style sunglasses is the flat nature of them don’t block the sun I get the most often. I drive mopac every day so the sun is on my left to and from work. I need glasses that wrap more. My costa brine fit the bill. I’ll still use them walking the neighborhood just no use to me commuting.
  8. Not really the same financial ballpark.
  9. Didn’t have the color lenses I wanted.
  10. Thanks for the response. We’ll put that cash elsewhere.
  11. I bought one off Craigslist a couple years ago. It was a cheaper Costco style set with thin cheap wood and cheap plastic features. I Went to some guys house, disassembled, transported and reassembled a well worn set. The kids loved it but I set it up on uneven ground and it leaned a little. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago and 60 mph winds made it lean a lot. So it had to go. I wasn’t about to disassemble and level the yard or place supports to get it good enough to stay. My kids are 5 almost 6 and I’m not doing the Craigslist thing again. Now the questions: how long do kids like playscapes? Till 8? Has anyone used someone around austin that would install a quality set on a yard with a bit of a slope that won’t take too big a bite out of my butt?
  12. I have a porch that gets a lot of afternoon sun from the side which makes it useless. I’m thinking of planting something that will grow thick enough and tall enough to block the sun. The porch is 10 foot deep and I have 12 feet from the porch to the neighbor fence. My first though is 1 or 2 red tip photinia shrubs. What concerns should I keep in mind? Is there something better?
  13. Anyone have a coupon code? Shipping is another $5
  14. Somebody pull a pitch. Take advantage of the wind

    Movie pass

Yeah. I read that. They were also trying to black out some films to drive people to other films. They’ll have to increase the price and expect people to go less often. I thought the theaters would be all over this to drive concession sales

    Movie pass

I have it. Use it regularly. I haven’t had an issue yet. It does not seem sustainable.
  17. We would be home if there is a game tomorrow.
  18. And I bet he thinks he’s good and wonders why he doesn’t get promoted to the Show.
  19. I agree with most of this chart. I’d lower the last Jedi to the low 80s. Maybe increase return of the Jedi.
  20. I thought it was ok. I didn’t like the actor cause he didn’t look like HF.. otherwise it was ok. Not a great script. Not a great cast. Not particularly well written. Just like most SW movies.
  21. Bet someone’s guns are on that boat.
  22. I like Costa’s. I get a discount for being a veteran thru govx. Steep and cheap is another place with good discount. They have been durable and have great lenses. Glass lenses seem more scratch resistant than polycarbonate. They will replace or fix scratched lenses for $60-80 I’ve also enjoyed a few Nike and serengheti (from Costco ). When I get Nike glasses, I try to get models with swappable lenses. That way when I scratch a set, I don’t have to trash the pair.
