WABCO as in "Westinghouse Air Brake Co."?    

Back in my heavy equipment operator days, I ran some of their scrapers.  Calling them dogshit is putting it mildly.

The first haul unit I drove was a WABCO 35 ton that the steering would randomly quit working. They planned for this and had emergency steering switch. Fun times.
