  1. He never considered that Ochiba would switch sides because she hated Toranaga so much. If you think the heir and his army is on your side no matter what, you think you can get away with most anything.
  2. Yeah, I'm never doing it. The heat combined with sanitary conditions would be a miserable experience.
  3. Murphy is going in to his 3rd season and you are comparing him to a true freshman.
  4. Hunter 100% carved out a pole and practiced that challenge multiple times a week at home.
  5. I'm not sure he has even that much autonomy. Abreu will be done when and if Bagwell decides he is.
  6. Murphy has had a qb coach since like 7th grade. He did the camp circuit in high school and worked with a pretty highly regarded offensive coach for a couple more years at Texas. Anything is possible, but the odds of someone magically fixing his problem at this point in his career aren't great.
  7. He's threw some of the worst interceptions I've ever seen last year. It's way beyond an accuracy problem. They weren't the |"Oh, he didn't see a defender underneath or a pass sailed on him and got tipped up and picked off." They were what in the actual fuck was he looking at on that play?

    2024 NFL DRAFT

Yeah, Penix will most likely be solid IF he can stay healthy. Nix otoh is just lighting a draft pick on fire.
  9. Dana Brown isn't the problem. He's just a symptom of Jeff Bagwell's influence.
  10. It's too complicated, there are too many characters and there are no consequences from anything that happens. Other than that it's great.
  11. If missing the playoffs this year is what it takes to lessen Bagwell's influence, I'll deal with it. If Crane still doesn't see the light after that, it was fun while it lasted.
  12. The yellow flags kept it close. It would have been one of those races where he lapped half the field otherwise.
  13. Sargent's deal was his team's fault for sure. They should have let him know to watch for Hulkenburg when he got back on the track.
  14. It's much more sophisticated than that. The really good ones lease cloud space in the US and do their deeds from there.
  15. This rotation is setting records and someone allowing 12 hits in an inning without recording 3 outs is in it's grasp.
  16. That even our kicker makes a large amount of NIL money is a rather strong selling point for Texas. And every vehicle the family owns is maroon.
  17. He hasn't been setting the world on fire in AAA. I wouldn't get real excited.
  18. Yeah, Diaz looked ok there last year and Caratini is solid enough at the plate to catch regularly. They can end this when they want to.
  19. Playing Dubon there as much as possible is a better option than letting Abreu desperately try to catch up to 90 mph fastballs.
  20. Verlander has gotten roughed up pretty good in his last 2 rehab starts. I hope that's not a sign of things to come.
  21. After cooking a few briskets on my recteq, I think beef ribs are the perfect hunk of beef for it. The point is a pain in the ass to get done on the recteq and it's never an issue on a traditional smoker because it's facing the fire box. That wouldn't be a problem with beef ribs. Also, one of my temp probes has gone bad. It was kind of working, but I couldn't figure out why the last brisket I did was taking so long to get done. Finally on a whim I plugged in a thermoworks probe and found out the brisket was 15 or 20 degrees further along than the recteq probe was reading.
  22. A lot of sites block non-US traffic as a defense against getting hacked. If 99% of your visitors are in the US, it's an easy way to help stop people from trying to hack in to your shit. It's not fool proof as the good hackers can get around it without too much difficulty, but it helps.
