  2. Speaking of garage doors... This vent thing is in the G.D. for a house we are working on. ¿What is it? There is a grate, so that's obv. to keep squirrels / rats from going IN. Def. not a pet door. Maybe sawdust ventilation from power tools? Never seen one of these things before. & There is only one.
  3. Almost 4 months later. Update?
  4. The article does not specify if the 3 women were French kissing.
  5. Yes, she did. He def. hit all the "Pop c&w from the mid-80's to mid 90's" high noted & is a great musician. Glad I went because that intro'd me to SS&tS.
  6. I have been waving their flag here on Shag² for probably 8 years now. The wife & I first saw them open for Travis Tritt @ the State Theatre in San Marcos & I got a freebie sampler CD with 4 cuts from "Coast". 3½ Years ago ("summer of Covid"), I put Chase, their bass player, on a day's worth of roof work w/ me & that's where he decided to take up vehicle & boat detailing outside of the band. Shane is a great songwriter & tells stories. None of the common "I'm by the lake & got a truck & some beers" boring shit. His guitar is def. "in the mix"... it is a part of the songs & he isn't just hiding behind it while the dial is turned to ¹. Powerful voice. I suppose it was maybe 6 or 7 years ago, I gave one of those sampler CD's to the booking committee for Rodeo Austin (I'm on a different committee) & they got booked for the daytime outdoor stage & then that same night's act in the 100× club behind the arena. That outdoor stage maybe had 50 people watching them & I have prob. been to 30+ shows by them. For the Rodeo Austin '23 season, they were the Saturday night "mid-series " act. You won't find a better fan than me.
  7. Send me a PM with your info.
  8. Relax. If they fall out, the engine for this "train" is ahead of them & going forward. Nobody is gonna get chopped up. Besides, you don't have to engage the mower blade.
  9. As opposed to the front front?
  10. Maybe you're getting the "Foreign Guy in Scotland" surcharge?
  11. I am currently working a claim on the E side of 35, kinda behind "Hot Deli" & I also have one on the W side of 35, a bit S of Rundberg. Big hits over there. You're welcome to send a PM to discuss 1:1 (I will then try to move it to SMS or a call because the PM's via Tapa suuu-uuu-uck).
  12. That is taking "chimney flashing" to a whole different level.
  13. Zip code? & Regardless of what the roofer circled, only the insurance adjuster can approve as damage. PS: AllCat (on behalf of USAA) has done a shitty job for one of my clients. Insanely slow & even after a return site inspection they *still* "don't recall" or "don't have photos of that item / component / issue", etc. Been [emoji664][emoji783][emoji3483][emoji3490][emoji3592] with them for over 6 months now. & YES, a Public Adjuster is contractually allowed to receive 10% of the total claim value.
  14. Belterra / Highpointe, yeah? Plenty of damage from that storm. We are scheduled for an Aspen Drive job next week. I also have 2 on Littleton that we are in negotiations re: insurance scope vs. my needed components. You definitely want to double check your policy to make certain you have a fully recoverable depreciation (see my prior comments / infotational regarding this topic & "50% or more of the expected lifespan for shingles".
  15. Without the property owner / insured signing legal docs, how can the adjuster (not "adjustor") file that claim? ¹I will now read DeadShank's response.
  16. On the positive side, should the military draft ever get reinstated this could be his escape clause.
  17. No can do.
  18. @MissingInAction Please show the court where the words (or implied) for "last minute" re: the other 2 is to be found.
  19. ¿What did I miss? The other 2 drove separately, yes?
  20. ¿When did I say anyone owes me anything other than a title? Cummins engine swap = $ 10k. That's on me.
