  5. Instead of a fine, how about 10 hours of community service for each violation? I would love to see the dotard wearing an orange jump suit picking up trash along the Hudson River.

  9. I don't get the idea of forcing the election to the House as being a viable strategy. A third party candidate would have to actually win some states to prevent the R or D from getting a majority of electors. There is a zero chance of that happening. What am I missing?
  10. Just add the T for Trump and make it "Dullest". Same thing.

  16. If LBJ can't get his pitch count down, he's more like 1/2 than a 1.
  17. I think it's a byproduct of the legislative treatment of LLCs as being something of a hybrid between corporations and partnerships, with features of each. Historically, the idea was that partners chose who their business associates would be and they stood in a fiduciary relationship to each other. The partnership interest could not be involuntarily transferred to a third party, e.g. a judgment creditor, because it would be unjust to force the other partners to accept a partner they had not chosen. The actual ownership interest could not be subject to forced transfer, but the profit stream could be diverted through a charging order.
  18. Then, shalt thou count to three. No more. No less. Three shalt be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shalt be three. Four shalt thou not count, nor either count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out.
  19. More surprising than Daly last year?
