  1. Hahaha. The DB clearly redirects Moore for 1 or 2 steps and he just glosses over it.
  2. Why Ewers continutes to get the benefit of the doubt really is something that humors me? We have tape from over 30 GS, that shows he's consistently inaccurate.
  3. I think it is different when it occurs in the EZ. If that happens place the ball at the two, no matter how far the ball is thrown, i.e. Texas would have gotten the ball at the two. For any other PI, 15 yards is ok.
  4. This is another Crane flex on his baseball ops team. You made your offer, Bregman said no, move on.
  5. Got it, all 10 players on offense need to execute perfectly 100% of the time, while the multi-million dollar QB needs only to execute a part of the time. Executing doesn't mean throwing a pass to the right location, it also entails knowing where to throw the ball in the 1st place.
  6. When did Texas get a TD once entering the RZ against Georiga on Saturday? Moore scored on a 41-yard catch and run.
  7. Akana is like last on the depth chart and is likely a G5 player due to size and athletic ability. We took him in hopes that he could develop physically, he could not. He's not playing next year with Simmons, Burke, Vasek (I hope), and the incoming freshmen.
  8. Yes, and despite all that, Wingo was open and he underthrew it. He makes that pass and we win the game everything is different right now. Never mind the great catches or the YAC our WRs generated in this game to boost up that 358 yards. Texas needs a version of Quinn we have seen 1 or 2 times in his 30+ games started to win the championship, otherwise everything else is just bullshit but a fun discussion nonetheless.
  9. This is such a stupid take, if Quinn played well enough to win, Texas would have won the game. He's a 3rd year starter at QB, and the the offense has consistently had problems scoring in the RZ for 3 seasons now. There has been 1 constant on offense the last 3 years.
  10. We have a bigger more athletic version of Gabriel already on our roster.
  11. You can have a statue, they just need to be elite at processing the game, Ewers is below average at it. WRs are open all the time and he just doesn't see them.
  12. If Beck is out, which is likely because rumors are he tore a ligament in his elbow. Georgia isn't making it past the quarter. ND has a very good defense and a mobile QB.
  13. The Championship game is also in ATL. Potential to play 3 games there in a little over a month.
  14. They didn't lose a OOC game.
  15. If we don't get to the semis, we should stop playing football.
  16. It hit Bond in one hand because Bond wasn't it expecting it to be inside of him. Jfc, you guys expect perfection from every player on offense except Ewers.
  17. I was about to say, he needs to step into that throw and deliver a rocket to the outside, instead it's a flutter ball thrown inside where Bond tries to make a play by sticking his hand out.
  18. Sam likely has us undefeated as well. Ash would have likely been a better QB than Quinn as well if not for the concussions leading to his retirement.
  19. They have an elite DL and they only have to concentrate on defending a portion of the field because we are limited in what Quinn is capable of doing.
  20. No one hates Quinn Ewers, we just think he's holding this team back from reaching it's peak. It's ok to admit that a guy that has made millions playing QB for Texas is not making this teammates better.
  21. Why the fuck was Texas settling for FGs, because our QB loses his shit way too often? We had 1st and 10 at the 39 after a huge punt return and 15 yard penalty, and after one 1st down, Quinn shit all over himself including taking a sack on 3rd down, making us settle for a 51 yard FG which we know is outside the range of our kicker.
  22. Coming into tonight, Helm, Golden, Bolden, Wingo, Moore, and Bond had exactly three total games where they caught 100+ yards. Bond and Wingo both had over 100 yards against UTSA and Arch was the primary QB for that game, and Moore had over 100 against MSU when Arch was again the QB. This is just fucking amazing. I still believe had Texas just run ZR with Arch the entire 1st OT, we would have scored a TD.
