  1. That counts. Ogre wins by not getting in his own way.
  2. Like I said earlier tonight, stick around. You might like it here.
  3. We’ll face more impressive offenses than that this year. The cracks that showed against La Tech became canyons tonight. We won’t face a defense like that in the Big 12. I expect some high scoring games, but think we’re playing in December.
  4. Beer and stuff. I think the non hyperbole point is fair. You have to give credit to their staff.
  5. 1) LSU offensive line held up. 2) Joe Burrow is a good qb 3) Those LSU receivers are good 4) Their defense sucks ass almost as much as ours
  6. Ehh. Our guys often weren’t in a position to win. Offensive game plan in the first half sucked. Orlando got way too cute at 5 minutes left in the second quarter. I’d take Texas 5 out of 10 games.
  7. Baby saints outcoached Orlando?
  8. Let’s shut up about how much of an idiot he is. His staff just obliterated ours.
  9. You should stick around here. Been a good poster all week.
  10. Yeah. Guess we turn on both.
  11. They’re so damn defensive about the cuck. It’s so confusing. We wanted to fire Herman (or any HC) immediately.
  12. I see what you did there
  13. Armybrat bringing the old man fact beatdown tonight.
  14. Not a good comparison. Georgia didn’t want to be there.
  15. Hopefully he doesn’t pull an OSU corndog on us. That was painful to watch.
  16. Yeah, you missed the point dumbass. Tech/OU began to run the ball effectively in the 4th quarter comebacks. They didn’t do shit being one dimensional before that. Those efforts were also aided by protect lead ball and offensive ineffectiveness. The only way LSU has a chance to win is if they can execute more than one aspect of their offense. They didn’t do that against GSO.
  17. Stop being a shitbird, Bill. What if LSU can’t run the ball effectively? Something they failed to do unlike Texas...even though Texas barely tapped into its QB run game.
  18. Maybe you don’t, but I’m pretty sure most of your fans (and apparently your players) do.
  19. Maybe we should break it down differently for the corn dogs. Let’s pretend you’re playing big brother (Bama for you). Your offense can’t move the ball effectively on the ground and you’re not even attempting passes further than 10 yards downfield. How do you think Bama responds when all your passes are short or check downs? I’d wager, with their level of athletes, they can probably key in on that and shut it the fuck down. It’s not rocket science. You out talented a bad team while running an extemely one dimensional offense. We’ve seen a lot of one dimensional offense in our days. The Colt years would have been far more dominant if we had better oline play and a consistent running game. We required an incredibly accurate, smart QB with 3-4 years in the system to make that offense hum. Even it broke down when the oline couldn’t give him time to throw or move the ball consistently on the ground (Neb, OU 2009). OU sucks, but they suck even more when they’re forced to be one dimensional. That’s how Texas built a 21 point lead last October. The weakness of a Leach coached team / pure air raid team is that it’s one dimensional. Baylor got good offensively not from being pass happy, but having a great running game while ripping your heart out with the passing game. Good defenses punish one dimensional offense. Texas struggles defensively last year came against teams that could run the ball and throw the ball. If your fatball oline can’t move the ball on the ground, they’re not repeating last week’s performance. Oline play in the run and the pass is the key to spread success.
  20. 42-28. So if his model values our offense enough to project 28 against that vaunted defense, I like our chances. Returning production appears to be a significant driver of early season ratings. There’s no way in hell LSU scores 42 on us.
  21. aggy gonna aggy. There will be 1 good game Saturday and it doesn’t start until after texags is in full meltdown.
  22. Burrow can’t be effective making hot reads if the defense is disguised. Burrow will get cocky and try to force the ball downfield. LSU will revert to boring, predictable offense after Stearn’s second pick. Our run game won’t stall unless there’s an injury. Chaisson’s enthusiasm will stall after Cosmi’s third pancake.
  23. They’ve completely changed their offensive identity and reset all tendencies.
