  1. Small quibble. Two of those aren't movies but both are outstanding in their own right. I think I could make a case for The Outlaw Josey Wales being better than the Shootist. As for 80's Western movies, it's kind of slim... Silverado or Pale Rider would get my vote. The 2020's are really, really slim pickings. I have not seen Killers of the Flower Moon yet so my pick would be News of the World.
  2. Looks like we're headed to NYC for Spring Break. We'll be there for 3 full days with travel on Tuesday and Saturday (Wednesday-Friday). We're planning on seeing 2 shows and probably going to the Met (no one besides me has ever been.) 5 people of us are going and we're not cramming into 1 hotel room. 4 women and me. VRBO looked promising for some stuff in/near Chelsea but then everything is booked when we go to reserve. Open to staying anywhere as long as it's "reasonable", not a ghost town at night and possibly easy to get to/from a subway line without having to make a Warriors style trip through NYC. . There's isn't a whole lot in Brookyn for whatever reason. So what if we said "Screw it, we're going to stay in Jersey." I'm not terribly concerned about transit as we won't be closing bars down at 4:00 am. We really want 2 bedrooms and at least a small kitchen for breakfast stuff. Don't want to break the bank so what are the areas to avoid across the river? We normally do a rental versus hotels when we travel so I am generally good at figuring out what's what and whether the pictures do it justice.

  4. Yall can kiss my ass.
  5. What is amazing to me about that cemetery is how quiet it is. For those who have never been, it's nestled in the in the Punchbowl overlooking Honolulu and the ocean. Arlington and this cemetary are absolutely beautiful and definitely provide their own setting for honoring our dead.
  6. It keeps me warm at night.
  7. It presupposes that Custer didn't die at the Little Big Horn.

  10. And now she's got her sights set on Dr. Feelgood.
  11. It's my internet. When connecting with wifi, I get the DNS error on mobile. Using over the air is fine.
  12. Reset my router and rebooted my computer. Connecting with Chrome on a laptop is still borked. Mobile is fine.
  13. Explain that to me like I'm not Immamac.
  14. I'm on via my phone but laptop is still borked. Cleared cache, deleted cookies, the whole nine yards. Still borked.
  15. Balls Deep and Shithole. Sounds like a buddy cop movie from Dirk Diggler Productions.
  16. I was going to bring up Dell printers. Was that Michael's brain child?
  17. That's the main one that we want them to know about. Muledick.exe is the real one.
  18. Carla Gugino just showed up. Me likey.
  19. I was listening to a mix of Van Halen songs and I always think on how different each album sounds between Van Halen thorough F.U.C.K. There's just such a different crispness from the first few albums that isn't there by that last one. Poundcake is a great "loud" song but there's a ton of noise in the background. These are 30-40 years old with a huge difference in how they sound with Ted Templeman producing the first 6 VH albums and FUCK. Then you go listen to OU812 and 5150 and those have completely different sounds. Sure, Donn Landee produced those two. My point is that music, even from the same musicians just sounds different at different times.
