  1. Nah, there is zero chance he's ever thought for even a second that he's made a single mistake. He thinks he's doing a great job. He's a textbook narcisist.
  2. Yeah, even the hardest of hardasses would at least chuckle at Daly.
  3. Money? That's literally all it's costing them.
  4. God I hate the fucking NCAA. Just fucking go away already. This is there new position on post-season bans. So Oklahoma State basketball will have been the last program to get one--for something an assistant coach did to enrich himself and which provided the program zero competetive advantage. At least it didn't apply to Cade Cunningham's year, the only year OSU basketball has been watchable in the last 20 years. https://www.si.com/college-football/simple-reason-michigan-didnt-receive-postseason-ban-ncaa-connor-stalions-case However, the panel determined that a postseason ban would unfairly penalize student-athletes for the actions of coaches and staff who are no longer associated with the Michigan football program. Thus, the panel determined a more appropriate penalty is an offsetting financial penalty instead of a two-year postseason ban.
  5. I didn't realize they changed from the block logo to that slanty shit font. I hope they fucking lose the case now.
  6. Back in the day I remember that Stillwater businesses expected at least 6 home games a year so we were fine playing neutral site games so long as the schedule allowed for six home games. Looks like KSU still gets six home games this year. I found they also are playing Arizona as a non-conference game from pre-realignment scheduling. I wonder if that's the last one?
  7. I think the biggest problem is that Boston used side by side letters forever and only started using the interlocking letters in 2015. It’s weird they’re so hung up on something that has no history for them and which they clearly copied. It’s literally identical.
  8. Goddamn just watched the last two episodes and it’s so fucking good lol! I knew Artemis lost weight and the reference of her unrecognizable as Frank was great. The monologue was haunting, classic Dennis. I’m enjoying the shit out of this season.
  9. FUCKING LOL! Wheelies!! Big bad manly gop men are the biggest bitch maid pussies of all time.
  10. The primary filming location is about a mile from my house, I drove by it a bunch during filming. I have several friends who appear as extras. Really looking forward to this one, Harjo and Hawke aren’t going to miss.
  11. I was sort of trying a play on words that in hindsight is not obvious, lol.
  12. Fuck Baylor but I’m pretty sure they’ll win this one. https://www.boston.com/news/local-news/2025/08/11/baylor-files-lawsuit-against-boston-university-over-bu-logo/?amp=1
  13. I don't do maths. How big a pot do you need to endow a $40-$50M roster per year? I think the most fascinating part of this new landscape is how many millionaires and billionaires are willing to pay that sum for one year rosters. Campbell obviously will but others seem more interested in long term things that come with naming rights. Thats a ton of money for one year at a time I don't care how rich you are.
  14. It does read like AI and he thankfully spends far more words on ou which is great cause fuck them.
  15. Man I can never tell if the schtick is intentional or if your brain really is incapable of any different thought. The current Big 12 is content and the conference today has a lot of upside. It’s settled that the BIG and SEC aren’t going to call and even if someone had that opportunity and left we’ll be fine. It’s understood that nobody would turn down the revenue boost if available (although I’ve made clear that unequal revenue share is going to hit those conferences soon eliminating the primary appeal for mid tier programs). Only Utah fans seem to think they are BIG worthy based on a Facebook group I joined and quickly left and they’re delusional. Sure, the six legacy XII schools would prefer that the 1996 version of the conference still existed or had expanded. The western flank probably would be happier if the 2012 PAC was still around. TCU and the AAC crew are (or should be) ecstatic with their current spot. It is what it is and we survived. Only WSU and ORST suffered the demise we all feared. Tech and KU and others are working on their facilities and competitiveness to survive the next possible break off which most likely will be 48-64. If it’s 20-24 we’re out anyway so none of us are trying to make that bar. I think it’s a fun conference, I just hope to win our first conference game in the new setup this year, lol.
  16. It’s weird to me that Rutgers is so bad at the game they helped invent.
  17. Not sure I agree. I seriously think there’s a greater than 50 percent chance that the NG opens fire on a No Kings or similar protest before 2028. His test cases have shown zero pushback from his party, that’s what he’s testing. I also doubt that many NG would refuse the orders. Maybe a few would walk away and refuse but they’d just be replaced with maga loyalists. Oh and he’d win a third term if on the ballot because half this country are unsalvageable shit stains.
  18. You think hiring someone to lie about made up economic and labor statistics is good executive leadership? Of course you do, you dipshits gobble up comforting lies like MTG gobbles CrossFit cock.
  19. She should have invested half of it in low risk mutual funds and then taken the other half over to my friend Asadulah who works in securities...
  20. The people who called Michelle Obama a communist for suggesting that school meals be healthier, and Michael Bloomberg a fascist for trying to limit sales of soda by the bucket, are now totally on board with the federal government imposing healthy food requirements. Cool, cool, cool. I bet the new found "maha" brigade would still scoff at the concept of "food deserts" which are a very real problem, because woke, dei, or some shit. I fucking hate this country.
  21. I'm also partial to larger metros, but college is different, especially for athletes. I enjoyed my 4 years in Stillwater as a college student even though I have no interest in living there as an adult. A ton of high level football recruits also come from small towns and rural areas so small college towns aren't a negative. There are some that might actually not want to live in the middle of the Austin or DFW. I mean, Tuscaloosa Alabama isn't exactly a cosmopolitan locale. Lubbock would be considered a "big city" for many of these players. The logo on the helmet is far more of a factor than zip code.
