  1. Well, I'll let you know what's up in mid to late March
  2. How big a property do you have? I only have 7.5 acres and am worried too small. There are country roads, I guess though.
  3. This is far smaller than what you're looking for but I just bought a Polaris rzr 170 side by side for two small daughters. I still have no clue if I made a good call but it's a couple weeks before I get it. I'm banking on fact that it's got ridiculous high resale value if they hate it or never use it.
  4. I had longhorn games as a priority from 1994-2019. Maybe missed 5 total games in that span. Herman coaching and Sam playing fullback didn't make me be anti-UT...but all of a sudden in 2020, I would go with my wife to my daughter's play dates and soccer games that I normally would get out of 11 or 12x a year because the family became a higher priority on fall Saturdays. All I ask is for Sark to let me ignore my family again for a few months. Make the world right again.
  5. I've been doing this exact recipe for probably 20 years. No egg though, so maybe not exact. So good.
  6. I live in area and place is now a staple in lunch rotation, maybe every 2 weeks. With that said, it's not fantastic. Just good. Also convenient with drive-thru. So no one should drive long distance for it. truth and pinkerton's much better but this is far more convenient and half the price. So value is there
  7. My dad used to make me shoot raw quail eggs. If memory serves, he would put worcestershire sauce and salt in it or something
  8. Yep. It was also mid afternoon so temps were increasing so who knows
  9. Live in Houston where half block are new homes and half 1950s originals. We all lost power for 36 hours. At 37th hour, almost simultaneously, my two neighbors in older homes had attic pipes burst. A slew of us lucky ones spent a couple hours helping them clean up the mess. Luckily, it was not whole house but they each lost a large rectangular portion of their ceiling and items under said ceiling. Now, they are looking for places to live for a few weeks.
  10. Sorry for dumb question but....do you find out oil switch is bad at regular tuneup or when you need it and it won't start? I'd imagine reliability is key spec on these things And how old is yours? Thanks
  11. Bump. Anyone have new thoughts on this? I wouldn't mind buying one if it's a selling point for future home sale etc. If not, diesel generator works too.
  12. Doesn't CDC know it may rain on April 24th? Horrible choice and he should know better.
  13. Is it a bad time to admit how much I used to love the County Line wheat bread with honey butter?
  14. Turned down MIT for UT. F the cold. Do not ragret.
  15. Want covid and salt? Cuz I'm here to make sure you have to touch every single square inch of this salt shaker with two hands.
  16. What pisses me off more than this? Why do I have to hit an extra button to tell automated gas stations that I don't want a receipt? Shouldnt default be to no and the weird people that say yes should go through more steps? It's 2021...make paper pushers press extra buttons somehow, not regular people.
  17. How dare you. He sings the eyes of texas, man.
  18. Glad you brought this up. I used to live in NYC and hated this about some restaurants and bars....line outside, you wait a couple minutes, then they let you into a bar that was half full, like if there was social distancing in early 2000s. They made you wait juuuust long enough for someone else to come in line and replace you to create false perception of demand. Rinse and repeat. Anyways, I feel bbq places have the anti-chicfila culture as well and drives me nuts.
  19. I'm a dude so I think pics are the last thing you ever want from me. NTTAWWT
  20. Speaking of popped...I just popped my stonk cherry. Let's hope its so good I keep riding and not such a horrible experience I turn lesbian.
  21. One of my favorite plates ever is/was the goat dumplings at Underbelly. For Christmas, I got Cook Like A Local, Chris shepherd's book. Tried out the recipe he published.....on point. I was very pleasantly surprised. Required me going to hole in the wall store for fresh Korean Rice Cakes and shit was still worth it.
  22. We consistently entertain a bunch of families and breakfast is 10x easier for us. No pots or pans. Dozen pancakes, lots of bacon, and 8 eggs while enjoying the outdoors (or at least the screened in patio). Been wanting to do crepes though.
  23. Thanks yall. Just logged on and my BTC and ETH I bought a few years ago are in the portfolio. However, I hit the "vault" section and that is empty and asking .e if I want to vault the assets. @GRHorn @Nice Guy EddieWould yall recommend I follow that coinbase trail and pursue the vault? Or is there a better, preferred method? Side story: To understand my dumb thought process...every 1 or 2 years, I put a little bit of money in financially risky shit that is super volatile. And I give it a minimum of 7 years. So thankfully, I read a very little about BTC and ETH in 2017 and said, "I'm in and I won't touch it until 2025." I've been telling people it will be at $0 or it will be at $100,000, who knows. IT took every bit of me in 2018 to not sell at 15k per BTC, or sell just one and play with house money. I learned this sorta duration lesson when I analyzed Netflix after all these LA people (where I lived at time) were constantly harping how it was going to change the entertainment business. I got in very soon after IPO and I tripled my money in a month and sold. Proud of my $15,000 profit! And now, that 15k profit makes me mad just thinking about how different my life would be if I had told myself I ain't selling for a decade no matter what. I'm 3 for 4 at the moment with this strategy but again, all 4 could go to zero since its all based on luck and timing. I've done crypto, biomedicine, cybersecurity, and pot. Pot is the only one I'm losing on so far.
  24. Beyond noob question that I'm even embarrassed to ask....I have a few BTC. Bought them on coinbase. How do I know if they are in the coinbase wallet or if I have them somewhere else? I wrote down my long ass code. And of course, I'm sure you fine strangers are willing to help and are trustworthy so I'll just PM you my code and username later so that you can investigate for me. But first, maybe a broad layman explanation would be a nice first step.
  25. Heresy but I also think Sam was horrific at using audibles. I know he was great interview so not allowed to criticize but damn did he run our RBs into stacked lines. Maybe he wasn't allowed to audible so I should be more forgiving.
