He’s done a helluva job there, by all accounts. He was at Pitt for a year as a player before transferring to Mount Union. I remember him a bit as a player from practice. I was around the team a lot back then. Walt Harris was our head coach at the time.
I reckon they could do a lot worse. Sucks for Iowa State though as he seemed happy there.
I was genuinely excited about Toyota in F1 back in the early 2000s. I'm not a Toyota fan or anything but, I believe more manufacturers is better for the sport and I don't care from where they come.
Haas seems like he doesn't really give a shit about F1 other than to just expand his business. I get that but, it sucks. I want people to be for racing, if they are going to be in racing.
Hopefully Toyota gives it a good go.
I remember when Chip went from Honda to Toyota back in 1999, or 2000, for his CART teams.
I wonder what he means by:
Terry = Paterno Acknowledgement
Smith wore the Joe409 patch on his jacket a couple games ago in a nod to GodPa. Is he saying that Smith’s support of Paterno is now a problem?
I can’t answer that as I live on the western side of the Alleghenies.
Apparently that one player, the Pennsylvania QB, was committed to them, then switched to Auburn, then after AU fired Freeze he switched back. I heard they paid a lot of money for this kid.
That guy who was just fired from the Giants is available.
Apparently Franklin did a nice troll on PSU today at the Letter of Intent event with a box of Crumbl cookie on a table. Kind of funny.
Well, we blew it against A&M. Had a nice lead, momentum and A&M was visibly tired, up four and then proceeded to play some of the dumbest ball you can imagine. I honestly can’t tell you what sort of offensive philosophy Jeff Capel proclaims to believe in. It’s baffling.
Oh well.
I think that was a different St Francis than the Red Flash from Loretto, Pa. Although I still think they dropped because of the money but, I think Monday night they played Xavier.
