  1. You think they put enough cheese on there?
  2. That hat cost $150 btw https://www.matchesfashion.com/us/products/1255782?
  3. I wear suspenders (actually braces that button into the inside of the pants, not that clip on 5 year old look so many guys do nowadays) with my suits, and as a fat ass, it is the only way to go. Belts don't work if you have a gut, as you have to wear the pants below the waist unless you want to look like Charlie Weis with the fupa. Suspenders allow your pants to actually stay up instead of always sliding down and having your shirt come untucked like with a belt. If I could get back to my college weight I might start wearing belts again, but honestly suspenders are way more comfortable and allow pants to trousers to fit correctly.
  4. Yeah, Brady has a long way to go to match Blanda's 277 INTs
  5. It’s naive to think that being a small minority, no matter the race, isn’t difficult for some kids. I’m not saying the minority kid will be beat up, but they can definitely feel isolated or out of place if they are the one black, brown, white, yellow kid in their class. I believe it is great for kids to be in a diverse environment but being in an 80% Hispanic or black school isn’t any more diverse than an 80% white.
  6. My sister is a teacher at Murchison, and it has definitely hit the school hard. However, that school in general has been by the far the best she's worked at, outside of the aforementioned overcrowding. Definitely the best middle school in AISD outside of maybe Gorzycki. It does have a mix of socio-economic backgrounds, as they still send kids from places east of Mopac, but that is probably good for the otherwise super sheltered kids that go there. She did teach at Bedichek, so she would laugh at calling it 'Murchitraz'.
  7. He also had a throw in the first NYG Super Bowl that went about 70 yards in the air:

  9. His shoulders are several inches higher than his dads but his finger tips are several inches lower. A knuckle dragger in the best possible way
  10. Ever since I started doing Flonase morning and night it has fairly well neutralized my cedar allergies. It still gets me a bit with the itchy eyes and sneezing but at about 10% of what it used to be
  11. He definitely missed his chance for Glass: more than half full
  12. Better than Julio Jones? So he’s gonna be a top 10-20 WR of all time? Seems...bold...
  13. So what time of day are you thinking? Maybe lunch time?
  14. A young boy from our church has this. It has been heart breaking and difficult to watch as the poor family has struggled with this. He is doing much better know as far as movement, but he is still in a wheelchair. Here is the video KXAN did on them: https://www.kxan.com/news/local/austin/mystery-illness-paralyzing-central-texas-children/1552035922
  15. Ummm are you Kasey Keller?
  16. Mark me down for some Pinto Noir and Pooporee
  17. My wife’s grandfather was a pitcher for the Longhorns on their 1950 national championship team. Went on to pitch in the minors for the then Milwaukee braves. He had some cool stories of pitching against Eddie Matthews, frank robinson and Mickey mantle.
  18. No, but this policy would only encourage it
  19. Players not coming out who are injured could also be an issue.
  20. We were definitely slanting our DL and it was the LBs or nickel backs job on the overhang. Wheeler was really the one blowing it on the zone read, not the DL. On the first ZR TD wheeler took 3 steps the wrong way before realizing the qb was lumbering past him.
  21. Yeah EJ, you're really beating that early bird to the worm at the ungodly hour of 10 til 9...
  22. This describes me to a tee. Friends still played outside and built forts in the woods, but then went inside to play Goldeneye.

Yeah, that’s truly the difference maker in this discussion, how easy it is to scheme against Shane. Sam is able to force to defenses into situations that are disadvantageous, and he is able to make teams pay for cheating one way or the other run vs pass. Shane can’t force anything on a team. He can’t throw it over a team, so they don’t need to leave their safeties high, he can’t make tons of quick tight throws necessitating teams not blitz, and of course he can’t be used in the run game to keep them honest. He’s just so easily schemable.

I know he was thrown into a game he wasn’t expecting to be in but has Shane gotten worse over his career? He used to have decent touch and an ok deep ball, today he had one good throw that I can remember (TD to CJ). Even his screen throws were behind the receiver and he overthrew duvernay by 5 feet on a 10 yard throw. He just isn’t good at a single facet imo. Doesn’t read coverage well, won’t or can’t throw over the middle, self sacks, seems to be a poor leader. I can’t really fathom why people ever really preferred him over Sam at any point. Just my two cebts
