  1. Is there anything out there that is proven to reverse blockages (foods, medicines, treatments) or is the course of action mainly to keep blockages from worsening and limiting bloodflow?
  2. Yeah, my grandfather on my mom's side died getting an angiogram when they use to go in through the neck 50 years ago so it isn't like I'm asking for it. But, I'm also a bit of a hypochondriac about heart issues because my dad has had lots of issues and was in good health until he wasn't. I wish there was something diagnostic but less invasive. Or just ask surly
  3. Quick, name all the Brads who have been successful in football.
  4. Interesting that social media has more power over public health than physicians.
  5. Neither team is very good
  6. That’s actually scary.
  7. So no angiogram? I thought calcium scores weren’t diagnostic.
  8. Probably has a lot of Aggie friends/relatives and lives in Houston.
  9. I forgot what you told me (a long time ago), but for someone in good health with good habits and good BMI but with a family history of MI, what tests would you recommend as they enter their 50s, 60s, etc?
  10. It’s fine. I’m still in Montana.
  11. Had to get my wife tamiflu today. She travelled from Montana to Austin on Tuesday and started having symptoms on Thursday night.
  12. So did we a few years ago.
  13. Last year, after the spring game, I went to talk to Sweat. Sydir was a few yards away. Sydir was noticeably larger - That's hard to do.
  14. What do we think we need.- 1 star DT and 1 star WR and 1 RB and 1 star TE? Do we need a starting cornerback?
  15. Tamiflu is already too late
  16. Yeah I can’t count the number of times I’ve seen a fumble and heard his name called.
  17. They had a tornado go near there earlier in the week - I think Scott’s Valley.
  18. Depends on what the market is to know if $1M is overpaying for a top WR with 1st round potential.
  19. Actually it wasn’t, it was from an article discussing physician pay over time. I only have access by phone right now as I’m visiting a government facility - this makes it hard to cut and paste - especially since I have limited time.
  20. The Doximity compensation results reflect a pattern of stagnating, if not sinking, remuneration for an overworked labor force facing a rise in safety risksand shortages. The situation has been especially punishing for Medicare physician pay, which, according to the American Medical Association, has fallen 26% since 2001 after adjusting for inflation. A report by the Neiman Health Policy Institute found that Medicare conversion factor decreases and inflation from 2005 to 2021 would have lowered reimbursement even further were it not for a substantial increase in RVU volume — indicating that physicians now receive less pay despite producing more. In contrast, reimbursement for nonphysician practitioners increased 207% during the same period.
  21. You sure are pretty selective in your women for someone who types from their mom’s basement. Now tell me what’s wrong with this one besides the red and her choice of colleges:
