  1. With Violet Crown, right 😃 Been a long time since I've had Grand Cru.
  2. It was do or die, but the secondary is concerning. Herbstreit touched on our weak corners. Jelani did good to prevent a first down from one of their gaffes.
  3. On balance, Arch hasn't been the problem in this game. Error free -- No. But the secondary sieve and dropped passes have done more to hurt us.
  4. Endries is such a poor blocker.
  5. I think the problem with Bert was that he couldn’t hear anything through all that hair. Whatever Sarkisian said never got to his brain.
  6. Samuel Adams - Boston Lager, 5.0% Alc. 👍
  7. Bermuda / zoysia --> luxurious Stuff below -->> painful
  8. Tucher - Festbier, 5.8% Alc. 👍
  9. Stroh is a sophomore, third year after being a redshirt freshman.
  10. They're a much better fit and Auburn is a pit of vipers.
  11. Vandy DB was all over him well before the catch. Flags should have been coming out before he even stretched his hands out for the ball. Just another flagrant, willfully ignored foul against Vandy.

  13. Kirby has had us so well scouted too. Like you say, we've moved in the right direction, but huge next step needed for stunts, twist arounds and you name it coming from much better athletes.
  14. I share your sentiment, and throw in Jelani as well, but at the same time have to wonder that part of the problem is that other players in the secondary rely too much on being spoon-fed what to do and where to be. Guilbeau is gonna Guilbeau. That's a given.
  15. I think time out of the saddle is the main reason for Derek. You can lose your edge. Filsaime is still learning so too early to draw conclusions with him. McDonald wasn't that good in coverage early in his career but you could see the upside.
  16. They sure weren't calling it on Vandy today.
  17. Nice supporting block by his WR.
  18. Wingo is rightly criticised for not catching balls he has to work for. If it's a 50/50 ball or he has to jump for it, he probably isn't coming down with it. He's a big guy, but not very physical during the catch. His route running is also lacking. I personally think a lot of the crossers thrown behind him that he missed are tougher to reel in than many of his critics believe. I'd tend to lay the fault with Arch on those.
  19. I meant Spencer Shannon. Edit window timed out.
  20. That 2 point coversion kept them in the game. As did a bunch of no calls on Vandy perpetually holding that sustained several drives and permitted explosive plays that should have been erased. Likewise, the phantom holding call against Shannon Sharp, the BS call against Filsaime due to Pavia hugging him out of bounds, or ... I could go on, but I'll stop there.
  21. Why single that call out? There were a multitude of calls that kept them in the game.
  22. Killing clock made sense, but predictably running up the middle and getting stuffed didn't. Getting first downs and sustaining drives kills clock. It also provides opportunity for increasing the score. Rushing wasn't the problem. It's how the plays were called.
