  2. Found this guy in my garage sunning.
  3. Where have I heard that thought process before? Oh yeah. “Those are some bad dudes. Why was she around those guys?” - Coach Art Briles
  4. Pitchers are also limited to 2 disengagements (pick off attempt or step off) per plate appearance. If a 3rd attempt is made and not successful, the runner automatically advances.
  5. The way I heard it was a vampire was being driven by a werewolf. Well, the vampire has always been werewolf curious, because he knows werewolves are powerful and can kill vampires. So the vampire reached over and grabbed the werewolf's crotch.....
  6. I had something like 10 CC attempts taken out (only one successfully) and also a IRS tax refund submitted in my name. I still have to get a PIN number from the IRS to file electronically (had to paper file for a while). I also still can’t link my tax information to my kids FASFA and get to manually enter it each year. The $22 has made the experience a lot more palatable.
  7. We will be there too. My son is a freshman at Mines and playing in the drum line.
  8. Hope everyone is safe. Do you have another car you can use for a while? I'm currently looking for an AWD car for my son at college right now. The only way we have seen to get a car at MSRP is to order exactly what you want and wait. I think the Telluride remains a pretty hot commodity, below MSRP would be a tall order. Most new cars already on the lot selling "at MSRP" have multiple dealer add ons included. No one has been willing to budge on that. However, if we were willing to order and wait, we could skip those. Availability has certainly improved overall and used car prices (while still absurdly high) are starting to come down. I have almost given up looking in the low milage 1-3 year old range. Between the price and "reconditioning costs" or dealer add ons, those cars are still at or above new MSRP. Maybe this guy can help offset expenses after your semi accident.
  9. Does your amp have an input jack? Easiest option would be to plug your phone into the amp and then use amp headphone output to hear both your music and the bass. However, this is the page where we help you spend money, so I would suggest this: https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/WazaAirBass--boss-waza-air-bass-guitar-wireless-headphone-amp
  10. Followed the link and came across this gem. Anyone looking to start a niece or nephew on guitar? $150 for a Squire strat and a full kit of accessories plus a year of Fender Play lessons. https://slickdeals.net/f/16150147-sign-up-for-a-year-of-the-fenderplay-app-get-a-free-electric-guitar-starter-pack-with-amp-stand-cable-strap-picks-149 https://try.fender.com/play/free-guitar/?clickref=1011lwiik4wI&utm_source=kee2bymocha&utm_medium=referral
  11. PDP makes a great mid level kit. My son plays a Concept Maple series that is really nice. It was his first kit and he hasn’t outgrown it yet. They have a smaller New Yorker set as well. JJ is right about hardware etc and it begins to add up. We found a combo pack that included hardware and throne and sourced a set of cymbals separately. I agree about skipping electric. Also, make her wear earplugs, she will thank you when she is an adult and can still hear. https://www.columbuspercussion.com/store/pdp-concept-series-5-piece-maple-shell-pack-blue-sparkle-w-chrome-hardware-8x10-9x12-14x16-18x22-5-5x14.html
  12. It's a Gibson, so once you pop the headstock off, it will easily fit in the overhead compartment. One option would be to get a quality flight case and use that for the whole trip back. If the guitar comes with a Gibson hard case and you want to keep that instead, I would fly with the guitar in its case (headstock supported) and packed double boxed like you were going to ship it. Detuned and something between the strings and the fingerboard. Just check the box as an oversized checked box. It will be pricey ($100-150), but you will keep the original hard case clean and damage free when you arrive. Use quality packing tape to make a "carry handle" for the box as you or the airport guys lug it around. The stress of hoping you may be able to carry on a nice guitar is not worth it IMHO. They are supposed to let you carry on an instrument, but I think you are at the mercy of what ever gate attendant you have the day you fly. I don't fly with guitars any more, but if I did have to check one, I may consider popping in an Apple AirTag just in case the box didn't arrive with me.
  13. ESP’s are fast, easy to play, a bit loose and slinky (but in the right way). However, you should never marry one.
  14. Pics of Alt T? For research purposes.....
  15. Yeah, but that PRS is under 7#.......

You can have it by the end of the week!
  17. I’ve shown this before, but since we are extolling the virtue of P90’s…
  18. This is out of my league, but I know there are a few Matchless fans here. https://reverb.com/item/60663167-1992-sampson-era-matchless-dc30-hc30-with-matching-2x12-4x10-cabinets-green?utm_content=feed_listings&utm_source=braze&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Daily-Feed-Email&utm_term=Feed Email
