  1. Take it to the Cloak Room
  2. I disagree as did the framers. they believed well-trained and properly armed citizen militias were vital to defend against “natives, armed factions, and foreign invaders”. They’d even store arms and powder in an armory. They were reacting to king restrictions against armed militias. Kings were wanting to control regions and allow arms to only the ones they trusted. Other facts of the day: >A citizen who refused to serve in a militia would have no gun rights. >the constitution codifies calling up militias against armed insurrections (dispels the notion that they intended citizen arms to intimidate their politicians)
  3. Bateshorn looking forward to getting three fingers
  4. Trump was not doing his duty on January 6. Beyond being negligent in his constitutional duty of protecting this country from insurgents, he orchestrated efforts to remain in power even though he knew he lost. He encouraged the insurgency. We know this. The GOP know that we know. But we make-believe that we don't know and the GOP make-believe that they believe that we don't know, but know that we know. Everybody knows.
  5. Sure. This idea that SF is all of a sudden a hell hole is misleading. It ebbs and flows, yes, but if you want to clutch pearls and exaggerate recency of issues that urban cities have dealt with since the dawn of civilization, take it to the CR. That we’re debating SF has all of a sudden turned into a shit hole based on crime incidents like the Pearsall shooting, is CR bullshit.
  6. Hmm. Was there in 2013ish. Plenty of crackheads shitting in the street and drug deals in broad daylight. Sister (no pics) lived downtown and worked near tenderloin when her tech company got some revitalization money. Unimaginable degradation there that goes back 100 years. Basically, you’re looking at a druggie tourist destination going back to the beatniks. The number one thing different is the gutting of neighborhoods with airbnbs, bachelor pads, and investor properties.
  7. Stepping stone to prison or disgrace and/or the witness stand.
  8. Wait til you hear about the jizz jar
  9. Yes, to make up for new time rules. Fucking three minutes at DKR was hellish

  11. Thread title suggestion: Domers vs Gomers
  12. No, he gets off on wetworks. While his grave in Queens and realistically a headliner on the piss on grave tour, you hold a huge party then forget about him forever.
  13. came to a realization that the EA football game action is inspired by the football scenes in Bring It On. Begins at 2:00
  14. Are you an AI? We dont serve your kind here
  15. Saw those expressions more than a few times at DKR between 2010-2020.

  17. The initial legislation was necessary due to massive inequity. That the formulas havent been adjusted in any meaningful way is absurd. More than districts being flush (most arent), the recapture excesses just sit in the general fund, then go to the rainy day fund. Post less.
  18. When a casino makes money, you have to pay taxes, pay employees and contractors. His casinos lost money in his pockets and in his friends pockets. It was his atm.
  19. He was great in it. Think it was his first role as a villain. Very smarmy. He nailed Watchmen. And was actually good as the kinky sex neighbor in The Watch.
  20. thats exactly his strategy. He uses a variety of schemes (legal, creative, and illegal) to lose personal revenue, funnel and launder money, and still live in luxury
  21. He misspelled Hutson! We have an error over here!
  22. If subjective calls go 50:50, I like our chances. The decade of post-LHN bullshit made every game difficult to watch in big12 play.
  23. Or, hear me out. The objective measures strongly correlate with socioeconomics. For the most part, when the state test schools it’s measuring how where and how students live. Here’s a spoiler: schools with high number of struggling, homeless, ESL, kids do worse on tests and they need more resources. What if we hired someone to head the TEA who taught and lead public schools. Understand how they work and sought to help schools when they struggle? Then they could hire other people who know how schools operate. Also hire people that love public education and enjoy their work. Then have the state legislature provide funding at above average levels. I know. Crazy talk.
