  1. This. No one in the media will say it gender was a factor. (Not THE factor.) There is misogyny across the political spectrum. The Hillary people said in 2016 it was a 3-5 point drag and that's a big deal in a national race. There are voters out there who voted for a great male candidate in Obama, an unknown candidate in Trump, a mediocre candidate in Biden, and a crazy candidate in Trump. The only variable is gender.
  2. I'm not wrong, though. All of their state wide people are millionaire cosplay cowboys.
  3. I like how people in Montana think of themselves of cowboy types who don't like outsiders (there's even a TV show about it) but their governor and two senators are now out of state millionaires.
  4. Yes, they need to figure this out, especially with the Hispanic men.
  5. You're on Medicare and SS and you're voting Republican? Don't complain when the leopards eat your face.
  6. Can I be blunt. Is there still a large block of Dem leaning voters who won't vote for a woman? They're OK with a great black guy (Obama) and a mediocre white guy (Biden) but aren't down with two women. It's the exact same counties.
  7. They also approved recreational weed two years ago.
  8. This might be it, sadly enough. You've got counties that wouldn't vote Hillary or Harris but were OK with a mediocre white guy in Biden even a great black guy in Obama.
  9. In AZ, whatever % you get in Maricopa County is basically whatever you get in the state because the rest of the counties cancel each other out. Right now Harris is 51% with 54% in, which is what Biden got.
  10. She is SIGNIFICANTLY outperforming Biden in PA.
  11. Rockdale County GA: Harris -- 76% Biden -- 69%
  12. Harris is outpacing Biden so far. 5-8 points.
  13. Douglas County, GA; Harris up 66/34. Biden won 62/36. 74% of the vote in so far.
  14. So, all of GA early vote has to release between 6-7 pm? That's like 3/4 of their vote.
  15. Bernie Sanders is running for re-election and he's 83 years old....?
  16. Claire McAskil on MSNBC said she talked to Chuck Schumer and he said to "keep an eye on" the Texas senate race. I can only get so erect.....
  17. From the WSJ: Who Voted? A Younger, More Female Electorate By Aaron Zitner Our first look at a big survey of people who voted in the presidential election finds that women and young adults made up larger shares of the voter poll than in 2020. If those findings hold up as the survey gets updated through the night, it would mark a meaningful shift in the electorate. The voter pool was 54% female and 45% male, preliminary results from the AP VoteCast survey show. That is an increase of 1 point for women and a decrease of 2 points among men. Some 1% in the new survey were recorded as nonbinary or โ€œother.โ€™โ€™ Young votersโ€”those under age 30โ€”account for 16% of the electorate in preliminary results, up from 13% in 2020, while those ages 30-44 rose by 2 points. We canโ€™t yet say how these various groups voted; those results become available at about 8 p.m. ET.
